We are lucky to be in a quiet little haven with lovely neighbours.
To help maintain this peaceful atmosphere, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM (music, conversations at the doorstep, etc.).
If you enjoy music, consider using headphones or keeping the volume low.

Smoking and Vaping

To keep the apartment fresh and pleasant for everyone, the studio is strictly non-smoking.
However, you`re welcome to smoke outside, on the street — just be careful not to litter. A small pocket ashtray can come in handy!

Our Animal Friends

We love animals, but for hygiene and cleaning efficiency reasons, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Shared Spaces

The studio is fully private — no shared areas to worry about. Everything is just for you.
