This was the first time for us staying in a really nice hotel. We got the breakfast package and it was well worth it! Rooms were spacious and the view was amazing. My only complaint that is the really the hotels fault was that it does get noisy with the sirens. We were on the 18th floor and you could hear them like if you were standing in front of them. Won’t stop me from booking again with them but I will be bringing ear plugs to hopefully help

I was very happy with the rooms and shuttle to Disney parks. Only thing I could think of was the AC, we would wake up hot, it wasn’t cold enough in the rooms.

Everyone there is excellent customer service! All the way from the front desk, the valet, the bar, and the housekeeping. This is an amazing hotel, so friendly I can’t even begin to say Awesome in the front desk people are.
