Staff were so accomodating and helpful. The Room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. 2 TV’s a bonus. The kitchenette had everything we required for our one night stay. We had a lovely outlook over Orange and a convenient location in n to walk to town.

Good location

We had a wonderful three night stay here. The accommodation is close to the town so it is easy to go out for breakfast or dinner or just get some supplies and bring it back to your room.

Was charged 100$ (cleaning fee) for having ONE cigarette in the room by the window and making NO MESS at all. They must have sensors in the rooms and they also kept texted me daily which was a little imposing. When it was time for housekeeping i kindly asked if they could come back later as this wasn’t a good time, their exact reply was “well this is my last room” i asked if they can come back they still gave me grief about it before agreeing to come back in 15 mins. Coming in for peace and quite their was dragging of metals sounds in the streets in the morning was pretty unpleasant. Otherwise, building smells nice but only in the down stairs entrance. Heater on the rooftop doesn’t work. Everything in the room seemed worn out, side lamp wouldn’t stay straight, bathroom faucet unstable and shakes. Otherwise pretty average stay

Exceptional service!!!

Room was what you would normally expect from a quest but it was the Service that really was exceptional. Great communication, early check in, fast check in, little chocolates on the bed, helpful information in the room. Weird thing to put about a hotel but it smelt lovely!!! Will definitely return
