Upon check-in, I entered a clean room. On my return every day from the day's activities, the cleaning staff ensure my bed was made up etc. The location of the property was in close proximity to the shopping area which also opened you up to varying dining options at dinner time. Kudos to the Operations Manager who quickly remedied a situation I encountered.

Thank you for such a lovely experience during my recent stay here for my birthday. Everyone that I encountered was kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone. There are actually working on renovated and expanding the quantity of rooms available.

Pictures show motel right on beach. It’s no where near. In a questionable part of town. Staff very friendly and helpful but hotel not as advertised . Thankfully was clean.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which made it somewhat noisy and dusty at times. That said, the newly renovated rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. Once the renovations are complete, this property will be a truly lovely place to stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The rooms were gorgeous, check in/check out were great and the location was very convenient to the renaissance mall etc. The only area for improvement I would give was that there was very little hot water and the recommendations and directions to the bus vs taxi at night were inaccurate and unsafe. The night staff did not seem concerned for my safety as a solo female traveler and gave rushed haphazard directions even after asking for clarity multiple times, which ultimately ended getting me lost. Other than that the room and experience was great. I only stayed one night.

This property is highly misrepresented. The room was as small as a cabin on a cruise ship. They had construction going on so all day long we had a jack hammer going in the room around the corner ten feet from our door. It smelled like urine in the hallway, and they try to mask the smell with a diffuser. There is no elevator so we had to carry all our bags up and down the stairs. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

Needed a hotel for one night until the rest of the family showed up. The room was super cute and super small but just big enough for me and it was really comfortable. The area was great as there were stores and shops all within walking distance. If ever a short stay again, I will stay here.

The coffee and tea station in the common area on the 2nd floor was a great place to unwind and relax at the end of the day. Although renovations was in progress it didn’t deter from the serenity and ambiance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing experience.

Great Oranjestad spot!

We stayed here for one night and it was great! The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and spacious. The balcony was a great hang out spot. It’s conveniently located near downtown Oranjestad. Would stay here again!
