This resort has so many things to do that you cannot get bored. It is the perfect place to come with children. Our cabin was clean and had plenty of space. The taco truck was delicious. We will be coming back to stay here again.

Beautiful setting. Good location to wind down. The property seems ‘tired’. We attempted showers in multiple of the shared showers but found no hot water. There was trash remaining in the lodging that looked to have been there a while

We had a Cowboy Cabin. Bunk beds double size. Two outlets for charging our phones etc. warm enough with blankets to not turn on the heater. Short walk to shower building which was clean and well lit. Maybe 8 showers. Felt safe. Goats walking around the property. Lots to do. We signed up for and enjoyed a great astronomy class u day the stars with a very knowledgeable guy and his laser pointer. Was awesome. So much to do there, wish we had more time but we were busy going into the park.

Great anniversary surprise to

We were shocked that there was not a bathroom in the cowboy cabin. But the community bathrooms were clean and accessible. They had a cleaning team there at least twice a day that we saw. The only thing we felt was lacking was the bed itself was a little uncomfortable. The room stayed wonderfully warm and was already warm when we arrived at 2:30 am. Check in was easy even at that late hour. We didn’t use the grill provided but we were excited it was there.

TINY HOME PERFECT

WE STAYED AT ZION PONDEROSA FOR OUR VISIT TO ZION PARK. IT WAS CERTAINLY MORE RELAXING THAN THE BUSYNESS OF SPRINGDALE, AND NOT THE RIP-OFF RATES CHARGED THERE. IT WAS A BIT OF A DRIVE TO GET TO THE PARK EACH DAY, BUT WORTH IT. THE RANCH RESORT SITS ON HIGH GROUND WITH GREAT VIEWS. THE TINY HOME WE STAYED IN WAS GREAT,,,WELL EQUIPPED INSIDE AND OUT.

If you rent a cabin be prepared to walk to restrooms and showers which is not a big deal unless it’s the middle of the night. The cabin we stayed in had a lamp with exposed wiring and the heater was damaged and was afraid to turn it on and it was a chilly night. The food was good but a little overpriced but you don’t have much of an option once you are there. While we were eating one of the staff opened a window and it was blowing freezing air on us while we were eating and we had to move.
