Called Grand for a reason

Room was dirty - full of dust and stains on the walls. Asked for and got another room, it was as dirty as the first one. Hence, it was not unlucky, just poor cleanliness on the hotels part. Also, the hotel was full of kids who was attending some football camp or something, meaning young teenagers playing pranks, constant running in the corridors and slamming doors late at night. It was hard to relax and get some rest. Finally, we opted for the breakfast takeaway-bag, it was uninspiring to say the least and lacked some human touch (for example, no spoon so we’re left eating tougher with a fork). Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Family trip

We stayed few nights while visit family in the neighbourhood. Hotel is comfortable and very friendly staff. We also used their car parking under the hotel for convenience. Breakfast is plentiful, although they are struggling to keep up with cleaning tables and freeing it for the next customer. We would come back again

Relaxing stay

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was comfy and clean, excellent breakfast and we loved the fabulous relaxation centre. Only thing we would have liked but didn't have was a fridge in the room. Will definitely stay here again next time were in Örebro.

Bra lĂ€ge, nĂ€ra till centrum och Conventum. Fick ett handikappanpassat rum đŸ€”. Hade gĂ€rna velat ha en toadörr som faktiskt gĂ„r att stĂ€nga, lite privatliv liksom. Och varför Ă€r alltid badhandukarna sĂ„ smĂ„?? Rummet var dĂ„ligt stĂ€dat, sĂ€ngen dĂ„ligt bĂ€ddad. Frukosten hade övrigt att önska, mycket var slut nĂ€r vi kom 9.15. (Fylldes dock pĂ„ efterhand) Fanns inga kokta Ă€gg övehuvudtaget. Vid incheckning kĂ€ndes tjejen jĂ€ttestressad trots ingen kö. Middagen i restaurangen var god och serveringspersonalen trevliga och uppmĂ€rksamma.
