Good positioned house but poorly maintained

Several things were missing or not properly functioning especially the kitchen utensils and one thing, a chair was broken. I filed a report via WhatsApp but never got a response. Anyway we had a nice holiday.

Traumhafte Lage, enttäuschende Ausstattung – Kommunikation ein Desaster

Die wunderschöne Lage hat unseren Urlaub gerettet, obwohl die Unterkunft in vielerlei Hinsicht enttäuschte. Die Küche wirkte zunächst sauber, offenbarte jedoch Flecken auf Utensilien, Soßenreste, Krümel und Staub in Schubladen. Geschirr und Besteck waren knapp bemessen, im Wohnzimmer war es stark eingestaubt. Kochutensilien waren defekt oder verschlissen, alle Messer stumpf. Bei Ankunft waren Kaffeemaschine (zerbrochener Glasbehälter) und Grill (verbogene Halterung) defekt. Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails reagierte der Vermieter nicht. Auf der hinteren Terrasse waren Möbel alt und unbrauchbar, überall lagen Hunde- und Menschenhaare. Die Bäder waren teilweise akzeptabel: Im EG war der Duschvorhang zu kurz, sodass Wasser austrat, zudem verrostet und instabil. Im OG war der Türgriff defekt, was zum Einschließen führte. Viele Steckdosen funktionierten nicht, das Sofa war durchgesessen und voller Hundehaare. Die angegebene Wohnfläche von 250m² war stark übertrieben, tatsächlich waren es nur ca. 102m², selbst bei großzügiger Einberechnung der Terrassen maximal 160m². Der Zugang zur Garage war ohne Anleitung schwer verständlich. Für knapp 5.000 € enttäuschten Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation massiv. Nur die traumhafte Lage und unser eigener Einsatz machten den Urlaub schön – insgesamt jedoch eine vertane Chance.

Traumhafte Aussicht.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist der absolute Pluspunkt der Unterkunft. Das Haus hatte alles, was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigt haben, inkl. Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Weniger gefallen haben uns folgende Punkte: Die Klimaanlage ist leider nur im Erdgeschoss. In den Schlafräumen im ersten Stock war es sehr warm. Der Kondenswasserabfluss der Klimaanlage führt in einen Eimer auf der Terrasse, der regelmäßig geleert werden muss. Macht man das nicht, läuft das Wasser aus dem Klimagerät in die Wohnung. Fliegengitter sind nur vereinzelt an den Fenstern und defekt. Schiebefenster lassen sich teilweise nicht abschließen, weil das Schlossteil kaputt ist. Trotzdem haben wir uns sicher gefühlt, da alle Fenster vergittertert sind. Die Sitzkissen im Wohnzimmer waren sehr sandig. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage unter der Wohnung wäre praktisch gewesen, wenn man eine Möglichkeit zum ausfahren aus der Tiefgarage gehabt hätte. Rein ging, es raus leider nicht, da man die Tür der Tiefgarage von innen nicht öffnen konnte. Man musste die Tiefgarage von außen wieder öffnen, d.h. einer musste außen rumlaufen um den Chip-Schlüssel einzustecken. Der Vermieter hat leider während unserer Aufenthaltszeit keine Antwort dazu geliefert. Weitere benötigte Schlüssel wie zum Beispiel der Schlüssel für den Innenhof und der Chip Schlüssel für den Swimmingpool haben sich eher zufällig an unterschiedlichen Stellen im Haus gefunden. Einige Türen, wie die Eingangstür knarrte fürchterlich. Aber die Lage Top!!!
