Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment to rent in La Zenia, Spain (82.50m²).
From the south-east facing terrace you overlook the tropical swimming pool in Balinese style. It includes 2 mirrored swimming pools with different levels, the pool is surrounded with plants between which there are loungers to enjoy blissfully.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessities to spend a carefree holiday. All rooms have air conditioning (cold / hot).

There is a well-equipped open kitchen with all necessary appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine, an iron and board are also provided. There are also plenty of towels and bath towels as well as bed linen.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed via a staircase or via a lift.

The perfect holiday for us!

Our family of 4 had a perfect week in this apartment. We enjoyed it very much! It was easy to book and easy to find. The location was for us perfect since we could walk to shopping and to the beach. I can't fault the apartment it was stunning. The area wasn't for us but that's just choice. Sun in the morning on balcony until early afternoon & a very quiet, peaceful secure space. Just home from a week in this apartment. Stayed mid July 2023. This apartment has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous break away. Spotlessly clean, great location. The beach is a little walk away but very manageable. Really cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful pool and owner and proper manager were excellent to deal with. Accommodated us with an early check in which was much appreciated. Will be back.

Having been coming to villamartin for some 20 years this is the first time we have used a modern build apartment, we found the apartment very spacious and well equipped for our needs, very good air conditioning and modern furnishings, the pool areas was excellent and well maintained and a life guard,overall we had an excellent stay and would consider a rebook, just a note for Dimitri is to consider an upgrade to 4 slice toaster and a microwave

La Zenia Beach

The property was wonderful. It had everything you need for your stay. Lots of towels and a super well equipped kitchen. A lovely balcony overlooking the pool and a lift to take you up and down. The lift was very handy when taking the sun beds down to the pool as was the shopping cart for carrying our purchases home from the nearby Marcsdona. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Beautiful, Spacious and Great Communication

The apartment was clean, beautiful, well equipped and well situated. The communication with Dimitri was exceptional- quick response time, and he was very warm and flexible with our situation. The key holder did not meet us, which caused some concern; but we were able to figure out where the gate was - farther down the road than we expected- and all worked out well. The key holder also was quick to respond to Dimitri's requests on our behalf. We loved the apartment and our time in La Zenia. Thanks so much for a great experience.
