For the cost, and the great breakfast options included, plus the kitchenette facilities, would recommend. Rooms are clean but tired; our room needed some work as bathroom ceiling was damaged. Staff pleasant. Conveniently located beside a grocery store, and is a reasonably priced hotel. Didn’t use their small indoor pool but looked inviting. Be forwarned of the additional accommodation taxes they charge above the on line room fee.

Many restaurants were closed for eat in and only takeout provided. The Casino restaurants were closed and the Tim Hortons was scrambling to provide food for casino customers.

The room was awesome, large and quiet the bathroom was nice but in need of a bit of repair as tiles on ceiling of bathroom were stained and looks like possible leak, room was clean but french door blinds had bad stains on them looked like blood??? Staff were polite but equipment wasn't working so we couldn't get a receipt. Breakfast was good breakfast staff were amazing. Good place for the price you paid.

I had booked this hotel for my mom,sister and niece as they were coming to visit me for the long weekend. I chose this hotel because anyone I had ever talked to about it had said it was one of the better hotels in Orillia. Our biggest complaint is that in the entire time of their stay (5 days) no one ever came and cleaned the room. Day two in the evening after being out for the day we noticed no one had come so we called down and we were informed that they only clean the rooms every other day which would normally be fine. So we thought ok “tomorrow” it will be cleaned. We still had to go down to the front desk to get more towels. Day three rolls around and as we are leaving for the day we ran into one of the house keepers and had just let her know that we needed more towels and a clean. Well we come back and the room again was not cleaned,garbage overflowing and again no towels. So we called down. The front desk lady that night was nice enough to bring towels up and assured us the room would be the first to be cleaned the next day. Needless to say after calling down everyday we never had our room cleaned. No one truly seemed to care. Breakfast was fine. Just not on par with most hotels or motels no meat products to choose from but it was fine. Unfortunately we will not ever book here again in the future.

Ok for an overnight. Not very conveniently located to enjoy the waterfront or downtown and dining without getting in the car. The hotel and rooms are dated and in need of some upgrading. The exterior around the hotel is in desperate need of some cleanup and weeding of the gardens. Overall it’s okay for a short stay and decent value for the money.
