We booked the property so that we could enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. We purchased heat for the pool/jacuzzi only to discover that the jets did not work! After a delayed response from the owner it was discovered that the air pump was bad. There was no effort or explanation as to how/when this would fixed. It remained broke for our entire 2 week stay. What was more disappointing was that the heat was set to 100 degrees and within a few days the entire pool was 100 degrees rendering the pool all but useless. A few days at the end of the stay was the only enjoyment of the pool after they turned off the heat. We were torn between reporting it to Vrbo, but didnât feel it rose to the level of a âmajorâ amenity issue, although there were days without enjoyment of the pool and jacuzzi that made us question that decision. Regarding the balance of the property, the kitchen was lacking basic necessities such as a cookie sheet, hot pads and kitchen towels to name a few. Although the property appeared clean, there were obvious areas that could have used attention- windows - window ledges with major dust, some wall areas dirty, broken towel bars barely mounted to name a few. Property has potential but property owner needs to be more attentive and responsive to itâs customers.Disappointed as a result of above issues and the price we paid.
