The location of this condo is great, and it's within walking distance to Walgreens, Publix, and Chick Fil A. But I had a hard time communicating with the management regarding our upcoming stay (I had to contact them to process the second half of my payment before our arrival), upon our arrival we found all of our bath towels had stains on them and the sheets had hairs and stains on them. The management did send over new towels and sheets, but asked me to send pictures of everything before they would replace them.
Our condo was on the first floor just outside the main doors, which is where a security system (that was possibly broken?) beeped loudly about every 15 seconds. Our daughter's bedroom was right up against that wall, and she did not sleep well for three nights because she heard the beeping all night long. The condo itself is outdated, which is fine, but there are water stains on the walls and celling, and stains on the carpet in the master bedroom. The king sized bed was comfortable, but the queen and the two twins were extremely uncomfortable. It was also very hot in the condo and there are no ceiling fans.
