Unfortunately the property is very rundown and not well maintained. Everything needs updating. The elevators were constantly filthy and the garage area was also very dirty with trash everywhere. The trash shoots apparently are broken so they have six dumpsters lined up outside the unit which was our view unfortunately. The traffic on Avalon Road is very busy thus having constant horns honking and revving of engines from 6 AM to 11:30 PM every day. The constant sound of somebody running upstairs was, tho uncontrollable, extremely frustrating, loud and annoying. The quality of everything in the unit itself is very low and needs updating. The towels, sheets, comforters all need to be replaced. All of the pots and pans have significant scratches in them. There were multiple drains missing in the sinks and the shower curtain is broken and part of the washing machine is missing a piece as well.The rate was honestly double what it should be for this particular unit. The only reason I continued to stay was because of the proximity of where I needed to be for my stay.
