Kids and I loved the house. Immaculate, comfortable, well decorated, plenty of space, and pretty much perfectly situated between most of Orlando's things to do.
Management of the "resort" itself do not seem to want Vrbo renters around. My teenage sons, who are respectful and clean cut, just wanted to lounge by the resort pool with the water slides and whatnot. Were told rather aggressively that it is for actual residents only. They were not allowed to use any resort amenities, I think just the pool was $20 per kid. The resort pool, slides, river etc are fine but no nicer than our local YMCA so we did not go for paying for the privilege. Was just a surprise that took some of the luster off an otherwise great vacation rental.
