The communication was outstanding. The pool was great. The amenities were good. I didn’t like that there was no iron. The host did send one the next day. However, we ended up buying one because we needed it that day. Also, when advertising these vacation properties, there should be an option where we can see previous damages to the property. I came in and there were a significant amount of little damages to things in the house and had I not been vigilant in taking pictures and notifying the host, they’d probably charge my card.

Family Vacation

We were very pleased to walk into a fresh cleaned house. To have a starter kit was great (paper towel, toilet paper, soap, etc) The only thing we didn't get was the play yard but we never complained about it, we managed. Wish all rentals would include the BBQ grills and heating of pools in price. We will definitely rent again. Thanks for our memories at your house!

The owner of this property was very open with communication. The only complaint I’ll have is the TV in the Master Bedroom downstairs doesn’t work. Other than that great house!!

Issues with TVs and game room

My overall stay was good but this is the 2nd time we stayed in these houses and the TVs didn’t work in all rooms and game room was unusable. I called stars and no one followed up with me to have the issues resolved. When you pay all this money issues should be fix and followed up on

The house was as pictured everything was very clean plenty of room for the entire family the carpet was as if it was just placed in the home each room had white bedding every bedroom had Roku TV that was already set up the bed was completely comfortable and the bedroom was big the pool was clean then ice maker worked was plenty of cool wear pool was nice and clean I could go on and on about this home the booking service was great the staff was available each time I called they explained any questions I had book this home

Overall the property was very nice. A few things that we experienced should/could be addressed. The security gate around the pool area for safety should be addressed as it is unsafe. We found out that our one and half year old granddaughter could, by slightly tapping the gate, unhook the gate. So glad we noticed as we sat by the pool. The cement blocks area around the pool was filled with weeds. A bar (rail) for getting in and out of the pool would be nice too. A better explanation of trash service and clubhouse use would be appreciated. ( picture)? The air vents in all the rooms need to be cleaned. The three remote TV system in the main room was unusable and frustrating without any explanations. There was only one ping pong paddle. The air hockey had a broken paddle return. It would have been nice to use the grill - perhaps gas and cleaning could be an option. It was a nice place to stay for our ten days. If I had this property, I would want to know what some of the concerns my renters experienced.for their stay.

Family Christmas Vacation

I booked a Christmas vacation for my family through VRBO but I found out later the vacation home is through Star Vacation. There is a lack of communication between the two. I was told by one I owe one amount and the other a different amount. I did not know I was charged a fee by VRBO to use them which is not included in the total of the rental. I paid my rental a week when it was do and I week later I get an email that I did not pay. I had to show them confirmation that I paid instead them checking their records that I paid. The price to heat the pool $45 a day was too much. I go to Florida frequently and I never paid more than $15 a day. The trash process is a joke. With 11 people staying at a vacation home you will have a lot of trash. You can only fit two small trash bags in the small bin outside the home which you would not know it holds trash it looks like a place you can sit. Trash suppose to be picked up promptly at 7am which did not happened and a critter got into the trash. The rest of the trash I looked on the instructions that is on the door of the vacation home that stated the trash should go the bins at the facility which it does not tell you where the bins are located. The guard at the front told me the bins were locked. I finally messaged Star Vacations and I was given a location where the the trash bins were located. Who wants to transport trash in there car. I went around there and seen a rat coming out the bins. There has to be a better process to collect trash. It looked like rat turds in the small trash bin by the vacation home and in the back where you sit by the pool. The house was nice and spacious except for some shades missing that lead to the patio door and no extra blankets or towels.
