Great Family-Friendly Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location was perfect and just a short drive to the Disney parks, which made it super convenient for our family. The condo itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, and thoughtful touches that made traveling with kids easy.The highlight for our little ones was definitely the pool and splash pad! It was the perfect way to wind down after a day at the parks, and we loved having such great amenities right on the property.Highly recommend for families looking for an stress-free, kid-friendly place to stay!

Recent stay

The condo is very clean and all instructions were clear. Host was responsive to our questions. Check in was easy, just had to go through security first and no problems at all once we had the QR code to scan from our vehicle. The condo is more spacious than it appears in pictures. Please note this condo faces the pool area, which was exceptionally busy while we were there (Easter week). Music starts playing at 8am and you could often hear it in the condo unit.

Perfect stay

Communicating with the host was so easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly.. check-in was so easy and the condo was absolutely amazing. It was so clean and well stocked. We are already looking into booking it again next year! Highly, highly recommend.

Overall property is in a great location at Windsor Hills. However the communication with the property owner was not good. Messaged owner about concerns and didn’t hear back until a day later. Only had one spare garbage bag. Toiletries were very limited which resulted in us buying our own. Description stated everything would be provided Decent experience but I prob won’t book again with this owner. .

Wonderful stay - will be back!

The condo was spacious and in a great location next to the pool. It was very clean and stocked with many extras! A stroller, beach towels, extra nice blankets, and more! Windsor Hills is such a great community. Lots to do for kids and we felt very safe. We will be back!

We had a great time in Orlando and really appreciated this reasonably priced accommodation. Plenty of room, great layout and well stocked
the only thing “missing” might be a fan. If you don’t bring a sound machine with you tue pool gets a bit noisy if you’re needing to sleep between 8:00am-10:00pm

Our family had plenty of room to spread out among the three bedrooms. The pool area was great, wish we had more time to enjoy it. The vicinity to the parks was great and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had everything we needed and lots of things we didn’t but that would have been helpful to families with young kids (strollers, high chairs, etc).

Awesome location and pool area

Just our luck
 we booked our FL vacation for one of the rare cold weeks there. It was in the 40’s with rain for all but two days. This place would be amazing for a getaway week with normal FL weather!! The pool area is so nice & the splash pad with water slides and stuff for smaller kids looked great. It’s one of the major reasons we picked this place. No fault of the owners that the weather didn’t cooperate for us, obviously. There were diehards that were in the heated pool throughout the week
 we didn’t even pack our suits so that helped with the temptation haha. Walmart is close by
 it is HECTIC so I wouldn’t plan on going unless you absolutely have to. I was doing a delivery order but got sidetracked & missed checking out in time & lost my time slot
. Next thing you know there are no delivery slots until the next day. Plan accordingly.Lots of places to eat around. We got breakfast and snack stuff for the condo & DoorDashed from a place called the Jersey Spot I believe it was called. Highly recommend! When we went out to eat we went to Sickies Burgers. They have mixed reviews but our experience was great. Best burger I’ve ever had & there’s an excellent assortment of beers. My husband had a butterfinger boozy shake which he loved. Rush hour traffic can be brutal but if you stay @ Disney til close or leave after lunchtime you should be back to the condo in 15-20 minutes.Only downside to the condo was the HVAC unit is loud & you have to get your own laundry detergen.

Great location, well appointed, but a few inconveniences.

The property location was great and very convenient to the parks. The condo was spacious and by far the best-appointed rental my family has stayed at. Lots of towels, beach towels, extra bedding and even a high chair, extra child floaties, etc. for small kids. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that kept the rating at a 4 rather than 5. First is the music from the pool area. While being close to the pool is convenient, the resort plays music from 8am-10pm daily, and it can be heard in the bedrooms. This made it hard to get the little ones to fall asleep when they were used to quiet rooms. The second inconvenience was the water temperature. Even at the highest setting, the water temp was barely warm. Not sure if this was set that way for safety or to conserve energy, but it was well below standard temperature and made bathing uncomfortable (the heated pool was around the same temperature). The third and final frustration was the thermostat settings. The thermostat would automatically reset to a higher temp every two hours. It was uncomfortably hot when it would change. The biggest problem was in the middle of the night. I was 30 weeks pregnant during our stay and was awoken multiple times throughout the night because of how hot it had become in the condo. This alone almost made me give the place three stars instead of four, but this is probably a decision made by the property management company rather than the owner.

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. It was the perfect space for our family of 7. Our kids enjoyed playing at the pool and the arcade. Walmart nearby is amazing. It has everything you would need and more. Only minor complaints (very minor) was that the shower water didn’t get real hot, the entry light switch didn’t work, the splash pad was very cold. These were very minor issues though. We would definitely stay at this Vrbo again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Extremely clean. Great location and lots of amenities on site. The only minor, I mean minor down side and of no fault of the condo itself is that the unit is pool adjacent and they start playing music at 8AM until 10PM. It loud enough to wake up you in the morning and sign along to the songs. Other than that, we highly recommend this property.

Unit was as advertised. In addition to the pre visit communication, on site property book and signage that details expectations. Is also a great source for information. Communication both pre and post visit was A+. Location is close to all parks, shopping and dining. Great pool and mini water park. Very clean property with many additional amenities.
