Family Vacation

Great house for large family! Plenty of room, everyone enjoyed the game room and pool. I've rented many vacation homes, this was first that had double washer and dryer with laundry supplies. Location was great, neighborhood was quite. I would rent this house again.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It is a beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the amenities such as the game room, pool and hot tub. The community water park was so fun too. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The house is very nice, clean, and spacious. Our group enjoyed the game room, pool, and proximity to the parks plus Walmart and Starbucks nearby. The owner was very responsive to the two issues I had and both were resolved in a timely manner, which we really appreciated. If/when we return to Kissimmee/Orlando, I would stay there again!

Fantastic Stay!

We had an amazing stay at Ariel's Grotto! We were lucky to have beautiful sunny weather in late January, and having the pool right at the house was perfect. The house was so clean, and there was space for everyone. My kids LOVED the arcade room and even woke up early on our last morning to get extra playing time. Kristy was helpful and responsive. We hope to stay again soon - thank you!

Awesome stay!

We arrived at the property on Saturday afternoon, right about check in time. Check in was very smooth and easy as it has been every time we have stayed here. Have ID ready for each driver. We were not aware until we arrived that the resort pool was being redone. Walmart pretty much across the street from the property. AWESOME .The Walmart here is usually pretty hectic, but nothing you can’t handle. We got everything we needed. The home is nicely equipped with plenty of pans and cute waffle makers ! Even DW tabs and plenty Trash bags for entire stay ! An awesome game room. The pool and spa were ready to go !!I have to say the game was probably enjoyed by the children more than the pool itself and me and my friend even, played . We had a couple of hiccups during our stay, but none to the fault of the owners, we just failed to find the areas the things were located in, even After we were given instructions. If you like a very soft bed, you’ll enjoy the biggest king suite, I had a little trouble in there only because I have had some injuries that require me to have a firmer mattress. Everyone else seem to sleep just fine in their bed as well. Set up of the kitchen with the bar area was great for our Littles. We thoroughly enjoyed the Disney+ on the living room TV and the kids watched Disney movies continually while we were in the home. The bathrooms were plenty roomy for showers, etc., I do wish the water pressure from shower head was better, but that was def not a dealbreaker.

Great Location and Clean

Great Location and Clean. What more can you ask for. Property manager was very responsive if I had any questions and I had zero issues while there. Beds were all comfortable and house was clean. I cant stress that enough. That is what is important to me when renting a vacation house. The pool and easy access to the water park were great for the kids on our off Disney days. Will be staying again in the future.

Home was exactly what we needed for our large group. It was close to all Disney attractions and commute was a breeze. Some areas of the home are dated, but when traveling with younger children, it worked out perfectly. Game room for the kids was a particular hit!

Rockstar host! Really responsive when the pool was losing water and tree roots had caused problems. Pool was fixed in under 24 hours. Updated house. Nice furnishings. I couldn’t get my kids out of the game room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

A comfortable stay in Windsor Hills minutes from Disney!

Great house, very clean and comfortable compared to other houses we have stayed in Windsor Hills. The owners and property managers were very attentive. When we checked in there was an issue with the hot tub not being filled but it was taken care of immediately! We traveled with our young children and parents and it was a great fit with plenty of room for everyone. The game room was amazing and the pool was clean and worked perfectly. Quick response from property manager

We picked this house because of the heated pool and whirlpool included in the cost. (I can’t stand places that nickel and dime you - see the pool that cost extra!) On the first day I wasn’t sure what to do with the pool cover and then realized the jets weren’t working on the hot tub. I called the property manager who was able to quickly send someone over and fixed the pool and tub so that we could us it when we got home after a day of running around. So thankful for the quick fix and the pool / hot tub was good for our whole stay!

We unanimously recommend this home

Home was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the comforts we needed for our stay. We didn't realize the home had a private pool and hot tub and didn't come prepared to enjoy that feature. We thought it was a community pool but will come prepared next time. We had a couple of small issues and maintenance came and took care of the issues immediately. We highly recommend this property and Windsor Hills Reserve. This property would be an awesome place for a family with children or a group of adults vacationing together.

Deserves more than 5 stars

Our family of 10, ages 3-68, had the best time staying at Arial’s Grotto. Clean, well stocked, great game room, lots of space for everyone to be together yet have quiet areas if needed. We have stayed in a variety of houses in Windsor Hills and this has been the best so far. The heated pool and hot tub were the best ever. We had one minor issue (coffee maker didn’t work) and it was replaced within the hour. Such service! When we come back, it would definitely be at this house or one of the other houses this owner owns. Thank you Kristy.
