THERE WAS HOLES IN THE WALLS AND ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM!!! PAINT CHIPPING AND PEELING! BEHIND THE DOOR WAS A HUGE WATER BUBBLE THAT POPPED THAT THEY NEVER FIXED SO IT JUST SAGS! BED HARDDDD! BED HEAD WAS CHIPPING EVERYTHING FELT DIRTY AND STICKY THERE WAS A RANDOM DOOR IDK WHERE IT LEAD TO IN THE BATHROOM! THE FLOORS WAS DIRTY I HATED THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK! IT LOOKS LIKE A RUNDOWN MOTEL THE PICTURES ARE A LIEEEE! SOON AS I WALKED IN THE ROOM I SAID IT LOOKS LIKE MURDER OR PROSTITUTION HAPPENS HERE! THE ROOM WAS DIRECTLY NEXT TO A PARKING LOT I FELT UNSAFE ANY BODY COULDVE CAME THROUGH THE PROPERTY THROUGH THE PARKING LOT!!! DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NASTYYYYYY

They closed down the pool for our entire stay and still dared to charge everyone the resort fee. That is very greedy on their part and we simply wont ever go back. Waste of time and money.

Although my 6 year old had a blast and doesn’t know any better I don’t foresee myself staying here in the future or recommending this place to anyone. For starters we arrived early, we grabbed some food to kill time. Granted we had access to the water park and pool we wanted to finally get settled it our room. Went to the front desk after utilizing the facility at 3:45p and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk associate said check in is not until 4p. So I said I’ll be back in 15 minutes on the dot. 4pm hits and all of a sudden my room is ready. Grabbed our key went to the room as soon as we walked in you can smell mildew, the pictures that are online are deceiving. Room was very small and had no chair. The air quality in the room was terrible, after the third day of being there my throat started hurting and I developed a cough.There were two water bottles on the table and we drank them come to find out we were charged $13.84 for drinking the waters that were in our room. Doesn’t make sense to me why they would put those there and then charge you for drinking them. For that, don’t put them in the room. I thought that was a complementary drink considering all the money we spend throughout. The breakfast food was cold. I will not suggest this place to anyone. Your better off going to the water theme parks in the area and staying at a different hotel.

I didn’t like that I had breakfast included and the hotel said it I didn’t on their end. They wanted to charge me twenty dollars a day and I was traveling with a year old baby. I had to find breakfast for him. Overall ok but I will not return.

Water park slides didn't open until 2 pm on a hot day. Their excuse was because of low occupancy.. We paid for it!.. They closed it also for a few clouds for 2 hours.. No rain even. Shuttle was terrible and poor times... 45 min to universal for.a 5 min ride
