The room was really dirty, luckily I was there only one night and was so glad I took my own crib for the bay because there was no way I would have let the kid touch those sheets. There was dust everywhere. The staff was nice but cleanliness is actually my priority especially with kids. And the hotel is so outdated, you could see the rug so stained and even the ice machine and the mini fridge was broken.

Location is ideal for Disney. Free parking, breakfast are good , fresh , free. Room with kitchenette practical. However, the room could be cleaned more thorough. Including microwave, frig. Unfortunately I spotted little cockroaches on kitchen counter during our state.

La peor experiencia que he tenido con mi familia cuando hice el chek-in encontramos cucarachas en el cuarto pastillas mucho polvo no cambiaron las sábanas cuando se pidió el full services temprano por la mañana los empleado dan pésimo servicios los elevadores muy sucios y las alfombras como si no dieran vaccum horrible experiencia

I have been going to this hotel for years, and I have seen how the service has declined in recent years. The facilities are deteriorating, room service is no longer provided regularly, and the breakfast is no longer as varied. The fruit they serve is of poor quality. I think we will have to find new accommodation for future trips.

Had to move from first our room when we checked in because it smelled like marijuana as soon as you opened the door. Our second room had dirty pillowcases & a leak that made the carpet outside the bathroom soaked. When I told the front desk about the leak, she said sorry and offered no other solution.
