The first room we checked in had ants all over the desk and a smell, the second room the door would stick and couldn’t open at times, the tv in the front room would not work most of the time and when u ask for towels or conditioner didn’t come, no towels out by the pool, feel like everyone that worked their was just there for a paycheck

This was our 3rd stay at this resort over the last few years and unfortunately the property has gotten worse. Rooms are old & outdated, ceiling is filthy, old and worn out bed sheets & pillows, we found and killed a roach in our room, terrible lighting everywhere including rooms, hallways and out in the parking lots. People outside smoking cannabis. Just not a great representation for Marriott. Pros continue to be location is great and pool area.
