We stay here quite often, its a perfect stay almost every time. The staff has always been incredible this time we had some ants in our room and 1 house keeper was not a wonderful person to communicate with because we needed 1 more pillow and that was too much..the front desk staff did their best to compensate for her poor attitude. Other than that, it remains one of our favorite hotels. Their breakfast cant be beat

This property was perfecf for my family of 4, including a baby, plus my 2 parents. Value for the money spent was incredible. Pool was very nice and calm, rooms were clean and larger than expected, it was a 6 minute drive to Disney Springs and about 20 to Magic Kingom. My only downside was being asked on multiple occasions if I wanted to attend a timeshare presentation to get some "no obligation free gifts". I booked this stay intentionally through Expedia so I wouldn't be hounded about that but they still tried. Otherwise though we loved it. We would still stay there again.
