The room was ready at 2:00. The room was clean but smelled like an ash tray😬. I had trouble with the shower. Only the handle part of the shower worked so I had to hold it while showering. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash had a bad smell. Might want to bring your own stuff. The bed was clean and very cozy. The room picked up all the noises outside so not too quiet. Lots of things to do at the hotel. The pool, arcade, shops, large chess and checker board game for outside use. We went to Epcot so this hotel worked out well for this purpose. I love how they have free bus service going to the parks. The food court had good choices for breakfast. It cost us $50 for two people. We didn't stay for lunch or dinner. Ate in the park. Fun trip

Second time staying at this hotel. Rooms are confortable and clean. There are plenty of activities for the kids to go outside. Transportation to parks is very convenient and you have early entry to the parks when staying at this hotel

I’ve been staying at all store resorts for over 30 years. I’ve never stayed anywhere else. Can’t be the value, the location, the ease of transportation. Saying I’m only needing a place to sleep park my car and occasionally eat it’s perfect.

We love coming to this hotel, every time we visit it we have the best time ever. The rooms have everything you need, the hotel is super clean, the staff members are so nice! Definitely recommend it!!!
