They were saying they had a separated room but we didn’t get what we were expecting. Also paying for breakfast is absolutely ridiculous because you have to pay for parking and breakfast is crazy for the amount you pay for the room period

Overall the property is good, but I use to work in a 5 star hotel before and I know good service and bad service. I just think maybe you guys need to train your staff members how provide better customer service. I had an issue your staff should always apologize to the customer on the company’s behalf. I didn’t get that from your staff. I telling my wife that I start up a company about teaching hospitality staff how to treat customers like they really matter.

Very nice place. Staff was great and the shuttle service to the airport helps alot. The lobby looks to be updated and nice. The room was starting to show some wear, but it's Orlando and the hotels are full much more often. Food in Lobby at restaurant and Starbucks was very good. Overall, I would recommend.

My husband and I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. The daily parking fee was the only thing we had an issue with. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall upkeep of the property seemed acceptable. Breakfast was great and there were happy hours at the bar. The price to benefit ratio, this is a great property. The room we stayed at was pretty good except for a couple notable items. The room doors closed extremely fast, I found myself fighting to keep the door open or blocking the door from hitting my wife when entering or exiting. The tub in the bathroom leaked constantly and the drain plug hand a bunch of silicone around it but unfortunately did nothing at the entire thing was just resting in the tub, totally detached. The safe stopped working during our stay as well. These are very easy quick fixes that I think once rectified, would make this and easy to recommend property.
