Double Tree for the Win

From Valet to Check in to Bartendar, it was a wonderful experience. All were friendly and helpful. Thanks also for the recommendation of the cute little Italian Place down the road.

Requested housekeeping services twice and still did not receive it, had to stop housekeeping in the hallway just to get clean towels. Upon checkout housekeeping knocked at door even before checkout time. TV needs to updated wasn’t able to watch anything. Movies were $24 a movie…wow! .Dont think I’ll stay here again.

Rooms were nice, lobby was nice, and the area was quiet. The only complaint we had, was that there were animal droppings on the stairs heading to and from the parking garage. Other than that, everything else was good.

Overall it was an ok hotel. It’s just kind of old and dated. Probably would be much better if they renovated the rooms. Room looked old fashion and we had ants in the bathroom. Staff were nice and accommodating.
