The house is beautiful and the layout is amazing. It's spacious yet cozy at the same time. The pool is one of the best features of the house. You can't go wrong with your own personal water slide - you won't even really need to go to the resort water park with that and the your own personal lazy river! The basketball court is great for practice and the theater is amazing. We were there for a little over a week so we really got to know the house!
No place is perfect though. Many of the beds had sunken indents on both sides. We had some issues with loose tiles around the pool that could be tripping hazards. Some of the amenities were broken or unusable until someone came to service them. There's a cool room for the laser guns, but only half of them were operational after figuring out the trick to turn them on (we had to leave them plugged in, turn them on, and then unplug them). The indoor spa was not very hot and had an excessively strong chlorine smell. There were some pest sightings as well.
Our engineer, Pedro, was amazing and respectful, and very responsive. Sadly, we had to see him a little more than we should have. The support text line sometimes was very responsive, and sometimes very lacking.
Overall, our group still had a good time, but many of these little things could have been avoided with better maintenance and cleanup, or at least some more updated documentation about limitations and known issues. It's difficult to manage the needs of a large group when a lot of little things crop up.
