Our stay at Steve and Sandy's place was amazing! There were 8 adults for a 3 day golf trip in the surrounding area. Everyone had their own room, plenty of space and the amenities were perfect for our down time. We watched the Olympics in the theater room where everyone had their own comfortable recliner. The dining room table suited our group for all meals and the kitchen has everything we needed. The game room kept us busy as well with the pool table, shuffle board and more. The outdoor space could not have been better. We hung out in the pool and hot tub and also used the grill for a cookout one evening. They communicated well and the directions and information were spot on! I would stay here again and recommend this home to anyone wanting a great escape!

Everything in the house is exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for a big group. The beds were very comfortable. Sandy and Steve are excellent hosts. They were very responsive when I had a question about the hot tub and when there was an issue with the dryer. They communicated well even prior to our arrival, sending the welcome book ahead of time, which we appreciated. They even purchased a nice set of pickleball raquets for us! There are plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc for 20 people. Do bring ziploc bags and storage containers and toilet paper. They have a coffee pot, coffee urn, Keurig, ice maker, waffle maker, crock pot, Instant pot. The kids loved the pool and game room. We all enjoyed the hot tub and home theater and Xbox. There is only one board game (pictionary). I have already recommended this place to a friend

The entire house was amazing. Very pleased with all the items needed for babies/toddlers. Definitely made traveling less of a hassle. Owners were easy to communicate with and met all expectations. Lovely neighborhood and quite easy to get to. Great location for Disney Parks!

My wife and I have been vacationing and renting homes in Florida for 30 years. We always go with a 5 star home. We would give this home 10 stars. Steve and Sandy were so communicative and welcoming. The home is exactly as pictured. The pool and spa were heated to the perfect temps for December. The theatre was extremely enjoyable a lets not forget the game room. The house is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the Blackstone grill out back. The location to the Oasis club was a short walk and the club is incredible. It has a great menu with reasonable prices. So many things to do there. The complex itself is beautiful and has plenty of walkways to stroll around on. We enjoyed visiting some theme parks within close proximity to the home and then returning at night to enjoy the spa. Thank you Steve and Sandy for sharing your beautiful home with us.

10/10 – Perfect Stay for Our Annual Football Draft Weekend!This was our second time staying at this incredible VRBO, and once again, it was absolutely perfect. The home is spotless, extremely comfortable, and truly has everything you could possibly need. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms and spacious common areas, it’s clear the owners have thoughtfully considered every detail.We came with a large group for our football draft, and the house was ideal for hosting everyone. Plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy the weekend. One of the biggest highlights is that we were able to bring our furry baby along — such a huge plus! They keep it so clean you would never know it is a pet friendly property. We especially loved the outdoor space — the hot tub, pool, and grill were all clean, easy to use, and made for some great hangout time. It was the perfect setup for both relaxing and celebrating.The game room was another favorite — comfortable, well laid out, and packed with entertainment for everyone. It kept the whole group engaged and added so much fun to our stay.The high-tech projector in the movie room did break down during our stay, but even though it was a holiday weekend, the hosts were incredibly responsive and got someone out to fix it quickly. That saved our draft and showed how committed they are to making sure guests have a great experience.Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house, which made everything from streaming to staying conn

This property was the nicest Vrbo we have stayed in yet! All the bedrooms allowed each family a suite-like atmosphere for themselves! The kitchen was large enough for all 14 of us to move around and get our food. The dining room table was huge and allowed us all to sit together. The pool and lanai out back were the highlight of the trip. We were in there from 9 am to 11 pm sometimes. The communication with the hosts was beyond wonderful - answering all our questions before and during!Thank you so much Sandy and Steve. It was the BEST!!!

Wonderful vacation house!

We had an amazing time staying here! Everything was clean and tidy. The game room was fun and had air conditioning. The pool was set to the perfect temperature. We had 12, 13, 14, 16 yo boys and they all loved the basketball hoop in the pool, the game room, and the theater. Groceries and coffee are very close. I’m so happy we found this gem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Awesome vacation

I don’t know where to begin
 from the moment we arrived until the day we left, things were perfect! The home is beautiful and well maintained, organized and supplied with everything you need. We had little ones with us and they thought of things that they would need too. Steve and Sandy were so professional and thoughtful. They checked on us starting a week prior to arrival and then after our stay. I would stay at this property every year. You don’t need to look anywhere else, it has EVERYTHING! The pool is awesome , the community pool is Exceptional. I can go on and on! You will not be disappointed. Feels like magic is just that

The home was perfect, and the gated community amenities were an awesome bonus! We spent 6 days and only left one of those days to take in Universal. The house truly has everything you need to just relax, enjoy and make memories.
