This NEWLY renovated and beautifully decorated home-away-from-home is perfectly located 5 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Relax in your private heated plunge pool and make yourself at home in this exquisite escape. With hardwood floors throughout the entire townhouse and a modern flare, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that sleeps up to a family of 8 will feel like an oasis.

Not only is this unit located near the pool, but it is also an end unit which offers added privacy. With being just a short stroll away from the resort's water park and Clubhouse, you will find endless entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. Here, you will find a large pool, jacuzzi, water slides, arcade, fitness center, basketball & volleyball courts, kid's playground and much more. There are a wide variety of delicious restaurants to try out nearby.

Out of courtesy during your stay, we will provide 5 K-Cup pods for the brand-new Keurig dispenser. In each bathroom you will be provided one roll of toilet paper, one small soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For the kitchen you will be provided dish soap, and dish detergent. Anything over this is the guest’s responsibility. We do not include paper towel or sponges. We are also unable to provide spices or cooking oils due to food and safety regulations. The Marketplace Grill on site has laundry detergent for purchase as well as a few other household items. There is a grocery/shopping center conveniently located just minutes away (driving).

Windsor Hills is a wonderful community that is rated one of Orlando’s best gated resort communities due to its world class amenities. With everything at your fingertips and being the closest resort community to the World Drive entrance of Disney, why stay anywhere else?

Instructions will be sent 3-5 days before arrival. Failure to finish payment will result in not being able to check-in.

Check-in is 4pm EST and check-out is 10am EST. Keep in mind early check-in or late check-out cannot always be arranged due to prior or arriving guests as well as routine cleaning.

There is a pool on premise and using it is done at your own risk!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The host was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcomed throughout our trip. The property was spotless from the moment we walked in, making settling in effortless and relaxing.The location couldn’t have been better, with a short drive to Disney, putting all the parks and attractions within easy reach. Favorite Condo in Orlando

From the Café appliances (even the toaster), wonderful mattresses, and "good" toilet paper to the dip pool and proximity to the clubhouse, this property is perfect.My two employees and I attended a trade show at OCCC, and we enjoyed sharing the common areas, but having separate adult (not kid-themed) bedrooms with private bathrooms.Wonderful stay!

We could not have asked for a better spot. The rental unit is an easy walk to the clubhouse and a short drive to Disney. The property is spotless and looks modern. Paul answered my many questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Very very nice home.

First- Paul (host) communicated greatly given our late booking. The home was very nice with modern decor. The home is very bright (no shades) so it will be bright in the morning. The neighborhood is great with the community pool very close to the home. There is construction of a new development adjacent the home’s development but noise was not crazy. The location is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Look no further for the perfect place!

We cannot say enough good things about Exquisite Escape! As 4 very picky adult women, that is a huge compliment!! It is just as beautiful in person as it is online, maybe even more. It is so inviting and immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable, lots of closet and drawer space, nice tvs everywhere, incredible kitchen, etc. Very close to Disney, shopping, and lots of restaurants. Definitely a place we'd love to stay in again!! Paul was extremely easy to deal with and very prompt in responding to messages (thank you, Paul!) You will be very pleased if you choose to stay here!!

What a find!

We loved this place so much. Besides the place being immaculately decorated, it was the cleanest rental we’ve ever rented. Great place

The rental was clean, updated, and nice. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Individual pool was nice, and clean. With a family of 6 it accommodated us with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Close to restaurants and had a Walmart right around the corner. Close to attractions as well. It was one of the nicer units we have booked. Management was responsive on any issue. I would recommend this unit.

Perfect stay for family

The house was great, clean comfortable and had everything your family needs. Perfect location close to restaurants, shopping and Orlando attractions. The resort pool was great as well as the arcade and club house. When we come to Orlando again we will absolutely rent this house again.
