Our fully-furnished home offers an enclosed private pool with a spillover spa, an open and spacious floor plan, a fully-stocked kitchen, a family-friendly game room, and more!

The FIRST FLOOR boasts an open floor plan that leads from the front entrance to the back door, with a welcoming view of your private backyard oasis.
• The main LIVING AREA is tastefully decorated and furnished with plush seating and a ROKU TV for streaming your favorite movies.
• The fully-equipped KITCHEN includes all your favorite small appliances and a cozy eating area that leads out to the covered lanai.
• The elegant DINING ROOM includes a table that easily seats 8 and is located between the kitchen and living area, making it the perfect place for family meals or game night!

All BEDROOMS have private bathrooms, 40" ROKU TVs, ceiling fans, and extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. It's like having your own private retreat!

For our smaller guests we offer a high chair, booster seat, 2 strollers, and 2 pack-and-plays. Our house is conveniently located across from a playground with a large common area, perfect for a game of kickball! And just a short walk toward Teascone you'll discover another shaded playground to explore!

POOL/SPA HEAT: If you are coming to Orlando during our cooler months (Oct-Mar) and plan to use the pool or spa during your stay, we recommend adding the optional pool heat. The cost to heat the pool/spa is $35 per day, plus tax. (Please Note: The heater will not function when air temps are below 50 degrees)

Great two weeks at Bright Sun's Getaway

We really enjoyed our two week stay at the property, it's a spacious house with a cozy homely feel thanks to the decor and amenities. Ideal for family gatherings, holidays, vacation. Windsor Hills is in a great location, and also has some fabulous amenities for the guests to use. Darlene was incredible at replying to my queries. We would definitely book here again.

Ir was great! The hoop in the pool was a big hit. The couches in the LR were very comfy. The LR TV was great. LR curtains were fine but a little tired. The home was clean enough. Darlene was awesome.

Florida Vibes and Good times

Just returned from an amazing Florida trip, and it exceeded all expectations! From the start, the place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. They provided all the essential amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect – so close to all the major attractions, great restaurants, and shopping spots. We didn’t have to worry about long drives to get to anything! Communication was seamless from start to finish, and the entrance was easy and hassle-free. The property was perfect for my family. The kids loved the game room on our down days. They especially loved the pool. Got a little colder so only used a few days. Very spacious. Communication with the host was top notch. Any questions, she was quick to respond. Overall, very nice home and vacation for our family. Windsor Hills is an amazing community. Will definitely book again for our future Disney trips.

Overall a Very Nice Stay

Overall my stay was pretty nice. My daughter had fun and enjoyed her birthday so that’s all that matters to me. My family on the other hand felt that the house, especially the bathrooms, wasn’t clean and some things in the house needed updating such as holes/marks on the walls and the stove numbers and dots that show which burner you are using was faded out. My main/only complaint though was that there were ants all in the house and my sister had them all in her bed. Which wasn’t a huge deal but it felt like I was annoying the manager by telling her about it and I felt at one point that I was being treated as I was being dishonest when reporting that they were still in her bed after they were treated. Other than that it was a beautiful home with lots of space for me and my family and overall the manager was super nice and helpful in setting up the trip and with any questions I had.

Everything you need!

This property was perfect for our family. It has everything we needed to feel at home. Plenty of little kid things, well equipped kitchen, lots of seating indoor and out, comfortable bedrooms, large pool area, cute Disney decor, and great community amenities. The host was very quick to respond to questions before the rental began and checked in (electronically) during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this property!

Great place for a family vacation

Very nice home for a multi generational family vacation. A lot of space to eat and for entertainment. My kids loved the foosball and pool table. We spent a lot of time in the private pool. Home was clean and manager responded immediately to our minor request. Community was nice although it was too far to walk to the community center and no golf carts were allowed (a HOA rule, not The property owner). We will definitely consider coming back.

Great family stay for ESPN event and Disney!

Property was great and host was incredible with communication! We had events at ESPN (about 12-15 minutes) and then hit Disney for a few days (15-20 minutes). Enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub and resort waterpark!

Perfect Disney Get Away

Family of 11, 6 adults and kids under the age of 8. Windsor Hills Resort/Bright Suns Getaway home was the perfect location to access Magic Kingdom. The house layout was perfect for our family, pool area was a blessing as our grandchildren wanted to spend as much time in the pool as they could. The clubhouse amenities were easy to access as well. The property manager was readily available to answer our questions prior to arrival and provided a direct phone number to contact her if we needed anything during our stay but there was no need. Everything from check-in to check out was a smooth process.

2024 Disney Family Vacation

The property was conveniently located in Windsor Hills subdivision which is close to all of the Disney parks. The spacious home has a nice pool and hot tub, and the Subdivision has several play areas for kids and a nice community pool. Communication with the property management was easy and very responsive. Definitely enjoyed our time there.
