Next door neighbors had a fight so there was screaming and banging from 11 pm till after 1 am. We called reception so they called police and ambulance but I lost night of sleep and reception did not even call back to apologize or offer any compensation ... Reality is not what pictures show ...

The pool and water park were fantastic. The hotel room floor was greasy and dirty. Breakfest was horrible, limited options and did not taste good

The hotel experience was great! Perfect quick getaway! Thank you to Leslie, from Front Desk. Leslie made our stay feel extra special. She provided a professional service and always with elegance and a smile. We enjoyed the water park, pool, chess game, and mini golf. Ran out of energy to enjoy the arcade room. Great experience, clean, safe. Very comfortable beds! Definitely recommend to families and friends of all ages. Kids can't wait to come back!

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare, it is like a maze to get there. When we arrived to the room, the mold and humidity smell was so deep we could not breathe. We requested a room change and they told us they were fully booked, when you can tell all hotel was empty. A NO GO!
