Very pleased with my stay.

The hotel room is clean and cozy. I like the fact the hotel is exactly conjoined with the shopping mall which is very convenience. I will come back to this hotel if I come back to Orlando. The front staff are very friendly and warm.

Hotel beside a shopping mall

Conveniently located besides a shopping mall and 15 minutes ride from the airport. Although clean, the room is showing small signs of tear. Don’t expect luxury or modern amenities. Parking is free and I was provided vouchers for two Starbuck or bar drinks

Ok but a few issues.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of our Orlando trip as it was near to the airport and on top of the Mall. We booked two nights but only stayed one as your flight home wa at 9pm. We were given Room 319, it appeared to be above the plant room so there was a constant humming noise, the bed was also vibrating which was a tad annoying. The safe was locked on arrival, but the sorted it out after a call. There was no plug in the sink and bedside light was broken so didn’t work at all. The hotel is very convenient for the last minute shopping and airport - the above would not stop me from staying again but I would certainly make sure I get a room higher up and away from any plant rooms.
