Overall, the Hotel ineeds to be updated as it just feels old and worn.The rooms were just okay. The rooms floors were not carpeted and had a very slippery vinyl wood like finish, I literally almost slipped twice. The hallways also needed updating and had a very bad odor when getting off the elevator… Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my brief stay… off Off off offoff

The room was spotless, the staff was wonderful and the location was so convenient. We had a toddler with us so being attached to the mall made it so easy for us to spend the evening outside the hotel room but not having to drive around either. The hotel was so nice, if we find ourselves back in Orlando we will stay here again

Comfortable and clean rooms. Great on site dining options and since it is attached to the mall there are more options very close by. It's really nice there are complimentary drink tickets and discounts for surveys. Clean pool and hot tub and a beautiful event space. The staff is absolutely amazing, above and beyond from the parking to the registration.
