I stayed at this hotel recently, and overall, it was a decent experience. The room was neat and clean, which is always a priority for me. The breakfast was also quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. However, the AC in the room didn't perform as well as I expected, which was a bit of a letdown. As for the shuttle service, it was disappointing – not as reliable or convenient as advertised. It could definitely use some improvement. While the stay was comfortable in some aspects, these few issues made it less than perfect.

Good location if you’re going to Disney parks or ESPN world center. Nice staff, room & bathroom was clean and spacious. Definitely will be back on my next trip to Orlando.

Good location and clean hotel

The hotel is clean and all staff was friendly. We did have an issue with housekeeping which was a bit frustrating for our stay but that was a situational issue. The location is very close to food, groceries, and Disney which was perfect for us. We would stay here again.
