The first day all the electrical outlets were not working and the second night the room flooded from the air conditioner they didn’t have another room for us and maintenance guy didn’t come until the next day to get up the water. So the entire stay was a mess.

It had everything one could possibly need. I like the 24 hr coffee availability. The shuttle to the airport was quick, on time n easy.

The check in was digital and that was soooo great especially since we arrived late. We were able to just go to our room. The shuttle instructions were great because it made the process very easy. The hotel was small and the room was very dusty which affected our allergies. We had a leaking iron which we called about and got replaced but we didn’t know about the water leak under the sink until my daughter’s clothes were soaked. That presented a challenge. The beds were ok but not great and breakfast was not great and they were running out of a lot of items.

The bathroom is way too small to get in. The toilet is right by the door when you open it not allowing space to get through. The shower we had to turn it 2x to get it hot and the towels were hard as a brick and not soft to shower with. The breakfast and the location is the best I can say about this place.

Great Stay

Everything was great definitely would recommend. Just wish the bathroom was more accommodating with getting in and out. The door open inward, which you couldn’t fit past the toilet and the door to get to the tub without scooting behind it, closing the door and then having your room. Kind of weird.

The front desk staff are not exactly welcoming. They are very standoffish. The inside of the hotel and rooms were neat and clean, especially the breakfast area, where the woman working was fastidious in cleaning and restocking things. However, the outside of the building, namely, where the front door area is, there was a dirty diaper left on the sidewalk in Plainview. Truly disgusting. I will probably never come back.
