Staff was A1! I got a suite and it was the perfect choice. The room came with almost everything we needed for the week, the staff was friendly and so accommodating at all times! It is conveniently located near major malls and theme parks, we got everywhere within 10-15minutes. Lots of parking and you feel very safe on the premises, there is constantly staff and security circling at all hours for our protection and assistance. I am definitely staying here for my next Orlando stay

Great property.

Great location, comfortable/clean rooms and property. Would stay here again. Very spacious, perfect for families that don’t want to be crammed into one small room. Beautiful pools, life jackets and towels available. Only “complaint” is the hot tubs were not hot at all. Overall great stay, beware the staff will attempt to rope you into listening to a timeshare presentation when you check in. Stand firm, and say no if you’re not interested.
