Rude staff pay extra to deal with nice people

The staff especially at night and early morning doesn’t greet you. They seem irritated we were visiting the property. We went down for breakfast the last morning of our visit and I admit we were too early for breakfast. However a person from my party went into the breakfast area. They didn’t see any food out but the staff saw them enter and was agitated. Instead of the staff being courteous they scolded my party for being in the room and it wasn’t open yet. Noted we will not visit Hilton Inn Express ever again.

A bad night’s stay

My room was noisy. I could hear full conversations from the room next door. The rooms and lobby need a full facelift. The blinds in my room had holes and were badly stained. All the room doors need new closers. They slam shut. I got less than 6 hours sleep due to the noise.

Good location, near Universal Orlando. Excellent options for free breakfast buffet, helpful staff. Only comment is the noise, walls doesn’t have too much isolation and the elevator can be heard in the room next to it, I recommend a room in the middle or end of the coridor to avoid the noise. Everything else was great, I recommend it
