Hotel was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was great. Nice pool and staff. However, the $27 per night parking fee is ridiculous. You're paying that much to park in a lot that has no security, gate, or anything worth being paid for. The lot doesn't even have the hotel sign at the turn in entrance. And to pay the fee you have to use a qr code and go on a separate site rather than just being a part of your bill. Its silly.

Overall the property is clean, in good condition, and close to restaurants, Sea World and other attractions. Breakfast variety is ok - meat, eggs, breads, waffles, coffee, juice. Parking is not free, but we were not told at check-in. Just a QR code that you need to scan and pay - $28/day! Water is free at check-in apparently but was not offered to us at checkin time. We asked the next day, and was told by front desk that it’s free for rewards members only. Next time, for us non- members we have to pay since it’s no longer check in time!

I waited a week to share about our stay. I truly get angry every time I think about it. - After I booked the stay, I Called to get early check in-they told me it had to be the morning of the stay-same with adjoining rooms. So the day is Travel/arrival we arrived at 10:30 am. We stopped in and asked for early check in-we were then told we have to wait to ask until after 12 to request. Also asked for adjoining rooms… they put it on file. So then we decided to just come back after the 4 pm check-in time. We came back close to 5 pm (check in was 4pm) one room was ready, adjacent room was not. We’re told we’d have to wait more or take a different room on another floor…. So that forced us to take non-adjoining rooms. The Mgr and staff never offered to comp us anything financially. (Actually didn’t seem like they cared (even though they had OVER 6 hours to accommodate our request.) Once we actually got to our rooms, the Bedroom lighting in ceiling fan didn’t work-we removed the globe to discover there was NO light bulbs in fixture. Same with my son’s room (303 & 519) Other things wrong: A/c in both rooms (suite) is LOUD and kept waking us up - My son’s room also has loud ac - The electrical outlets in the headboard were loose and didn’t work… we had to plug in our phones across the room We truly had a horrible time at this hotel and will NEVER stay on this property again-or any of its partner hotels. We booked through Expedia-which was totally fine and everything went smoothly.

Average hotel with a good location and friendly staff with the major negative of having to pay for on-site parking. Pros: - Staff were responsive and courteous - Breakfast was varied - Location allowed for easy access to highways to start daily adventures Cons: - Rooms didn't have very good ventilation - Parking was a separate $26 per day - Bed was not comfortable and bed sheets did not appear to be washed with a hypoallergenic detergent
