Breakfast was a great spread ever morning, though the staff struggled to keep up with refills of the buffet items and coffee when busy. Pool was nice, kids really enjoyed it. Convenient location to quick food options and gift shops. Centrally located to most attractions whether in Orlando, or traveling to winter haven or Daytona Beach, the hotel sits in a great spot.

Got to the hotel after 6pm after a long day at the park and the room was still not ready,we were soaking wet had to change our clothes in the bathroom in the lobby just to go to dinner,we woke up for breakfast and the food being put out was really slow, we waited over 20 minutes for them to put the food back out, I am a Hilton honors 687588615 have never experienced this !

After traveling for almost 12 hours to check in at 3:00, we did not get checked in until around 4:30. Once we received our room keys, we had to request another room due to a large dog across the hall because it barked continuously. We were then moved to room 610 which is right next door to the fitness center that NEVER closes. Unacceptable when you have to wake up at 5am. We did not get any sleep Friday night as a teenager was dropping weights on the floor. Never have I known a hotel to have a fitness center on any other floor than the first level. I was under the impression that there was a dining area in the hotel. However, it was only open 1 of the 4 nights we stayed. Very disappointed. There was never any coffee made in the morning. Very frustrating! The pool area lacked lounge chairs. Hands down WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was very outdated. The room was cleaned every other day, however, the staff did provide clean towels upon request. The breakfast was a standard breakfast ( eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal, etc.) The lobby was cleaned. The hallway on the 6th floor smelled old and musty. The best part about the property was that’s it’s right down the street Disney springs and walkable to restaurants and stores.
