Wonderful condo with great location!

We stay at Vista Cay every year for the Allstar Worlds Cheerleading competition. This is our favorite unit so far! It is so clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed. It has a great view of the pond and is located directly across from the pool, which was so nice! We only had one minor issue and it was addressed by the owners very quickly! Response time was typically only minutes. We will absolutely stay with this unit in the future- highly recommend!

Great Stay in Orlando

This condo is on the third floor - there is an elevator or a nice, open staircase to use. A co-worker and I stayed here for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center which is about 1.6 miles away. We walked to the convention center three times, there are sidewalks all the way. The roads are busy but we felt safe. We were also able to easily catch Ubers by heading out the pedestrian gate of the condo complex. There is a grocery store and a couple of good restaurants very close to the condo as well. The place was very clean, had everything we needed, and my bed was super comfy. Only small thing was hearing the people in the unit above us walk around but that can’t be helped when you’re in a place like this. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here!

Really nice

My daughters, grandson and I spent a few nights here in June for volleyball. Very nice, clean, spacious condo and so close to everything! Comfortable beds, perfect temp in the home, any little gadgets you might need. Maybe a few more towels and washcloths would be the only thing I could even suggest! Parking was a breeze right in front of our condo, right across from the pool! Really enjoyed our stay.

Vista Cay Orlando

Living space was kind of small. Had a couch and literally two chairs pushed together where a loveseat would go. These are small items of concern -- in general condo did fine for us. Glad to be on small pool side of Vista Cay so we could bring our own cooler for drinks...Main pool has its own bar if you want to pay $10+ a drink...

The condo we got was not what we were expecting. It was completely different than the online pictures. The description said it was a 3rd floor unit but we ended on the first floor. It was also dated compared to the photos from the online listing. We had a nice view and the building location provided easy access to the small pool, Publix, and Orange County Convention Center. The condo size was perfect for our family and the building was quiet at night which was important to us. Overall, it wasn’t as clean as I prefer or as updated as we thought we were getting but it ended up working fine. I worked with the host who was professional and responsive. We were very close to the store which made it easy to grab a couple items to clean. We loved the location of Vista Cay and will consider the resort again if we return.

Great location, vary spacious and comfortable

We were in town for a swim meet at Rosen aquatic center. The location of vista cay is perfect. About a 7-10 minute drive to pool. The facilities at vista cay were clean and beautiful. This condo is an amazing value for what you get.

Perfect Orlando Condo

The property was just as described. It was clean and in a very nice area. It is in a gated community, so it felt safe. There is a grocery store and shopping center within walking distance. I highly recommend this lovely condo.

Perfect stay for a week

My family of 4 was in Orlando for a volleyball tournament & spent a week at this condo. It was clean, spacious & conveniently located by grocery stores, restaurants, the convention center & amusement parks. Rosely & her team were very responsive. We arrived late & had problems checking into the condo. Despite it being after hours, she answered our call & was able to help us immediately. We were also missing dish soap that was supposed to be provided. They dropped it off pretty quickly. All in all, a great place to stay!

Clean and Convenient

We stayed here during the National Volleyball Convention. We had plenty of room for two families (three rooms and two bath split among two parents and 2 teen daughters). The location can't be beat to walk to Publix, some restaurants and the smaller of the Vista Cay pools. It is older, but clean. The kitchen had what we needed to cook hot breakfast and make lunches, including a blender. We had a rental to drive to the Convention Center. There were plenty of bath towels, but make sure to bring your own pool towels. Rosely responded right away to a few of my emails prior to the trip. Overall, we highly recommend!

Clean and very nice condo in a great location but household items need improvement.

Pros: The condo was very clean and nice. Great location with a pool, Publix grocery store, restaurants and liquor store within an easy 5 min walk. 10-15 min drive to Universal Studios and Convention Center. Cons: Many of the dishes were dirty when we arrived and had to be re-washed. Missing some kitchen cookware to make meals. There was also not enough toliet paper and paper towels to last the week. Lastly, could have used more beach towels. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay very much. The host was great and answered our questions promptly leading up to our stay.

Great Place for Universal and Disney

This was a very clean and spacious property. The owners did a great job at making it feel very homey and organized. It is also a gated property with a grocery just outside the property. Kitchen is well stocked on plates and utensils, and there were plenty of towels and blankets AND you get a pool pass! Just a 10 min drive from Universal and about 20 from Disney World. It's such a great way to spend more money on the parks instead of lodging. I highly recommend this place!

Great location, worked well for our family. With a few additions and tweaks this has potential to be a 5 star property. This will work nicely for your stay. Hotel vibe with more space. I would stay again.

Location and condo were great for my conference

Had a great stay, clean, comfortable, and worked perfect for my conference stay in town. We were at Rosen shingle creek and easily walked to and from the convention center each day. A nice bag of chocolates was waiting for me when I arrived too, always nice to get a treat. Plenty of space for 3-4 individual guests or a larger family sharing beds. Will try to stay again when I’m back in town.
