The free shuttle to the airport was great, that’s the main reason why we booked this place. The room was adequate. Some stains on bedsheets and towels. The front door didn’t close very well unless you slam it or lift it up while closing it. The bathroom fan didn’t work. It was a bit dirty and unkept in general, but it worked. You get what you pay for!

Orlando Visit

The hotel was undergoing massive renovation and there are a lot to complain about. I will give them a pass due to the ongoing construction. However, I found coacroach in the room and that was not funny. The stairs case carpet is so dirty and they have no elevator to the second floor. The staff are so nice and welcoming. The staff tried their best efforts to make us feel comfortable. I will love to visit again when construction is completed.

1.checked in 8/1/25 due to flight cancellation 2. Checked into rm 228 air conditioning not working and the room smells very old 3. Not pillow top for the pullout coach 4. No extra blankets,had to use 2 sheets to keep warm 5.the elevator jumps on the 4fl every time it stops on the floor 6.the toilet stopped up and no one came up 7. Windham properties really to get it together because people Don’t have problem with paying for a neat and comfortable place for a night or two.plus you want people to pay for Upgrades and the property is still Living in the 70s

Upon arrival our room smelled & was really hot. After a shower it was still hot so i tried to call the desk but the phone didnt work. The deadbolt disnt lock the door and there were dirty areas in the bathroom. However, when i alerted staff they immediately gave us another room and i think his name was Rodrigo he was in training, was amazing. He checked the new rooms ac and made sure we were happy with it before he left. He also made sure to understand what the issues were in the old room.

The airport shuttle is why I chose this hotel. I also expected since it’s part of Wyndham that it would be in much better conditions. I have stayed in La Quinta Inn in years ago and it was never in these conditions. The entire hotel needs a complete renovation! My room was very poor, one of the beds sunk in towards the middle, the bedsheet had black hair, the edge of the bed frame was dirty and had crumbs, and the bathroom had mold all around the edges, the toilet had to be flushed 2x in order to go down and, the AC was not Cold even at 65. We arrived late which is why I stayed. I also waited in the lobby/pool area for several hours as my flight was delayed, and the AC was also not working. The staff said they’ve had issues with it for awhile. The pool area only has 1 umbrella and the “whirlpool” did not work. The only staff pleasant was Myrna! There were other guests complaining about other issues they had, one even checked out due to ants in their room! I do not recommend this hotel…pay a little more and stay in one of the neighboring hotels!
