House was lovely! We enjoyed our time here. It’s very close to Disney World, only about a 15 minute drive. My only concern was that I paid for the pool to be heated and it never reached above 77 degrees. I reported this a couple of times and was told everything was working as it should. I would not pay the extra for that again. The community pool and lazy river were nice and warm and very fun! Other than that, lovely stay!

The home was in the perfect location for all things Disney! It came with all the things we could have needed as far as towels, kitchen ware, etc. The pool was kept up and cleaned regularly and the trash pick up was so simple. Overall the property management company was very helpful and quickly responds. I will say that the master bed upstairs could use a new mattress but overall it was a great for our family and extended family.

Good Property convenient for Disney

A good well laid out property as advertised. Comfortably fitted 6 adults and 3 children. Conveniently located for all Disney parks. Small pool and Hot tub big hit with kids. House can accommodate 3 cars. Nearby club has good pool, splash pad and water slide within walking distance of house. Can get crowded in the afternoons after a hot day at Disney. Plenty of birdlife and alligators in lake at back of property good for evening walks.

Wonderful location and resort amenities

For 4 adults and 2 toddlers visiting 5 parks in 8 days, it was the perfect home base for our trip. (The listing shows an incorrect address with the correct location being Storey Lake.) The house had ample space and bedroom/bath accommodations for everyone along with a pool included in the lanai and the resort, itself, has a great assortment of water play options at the clubhouse.My son and daughter-in-law are even considering renting several homes for a friends with children type trip in the future.All in all a wonderful rental home!

Perfect Property

This house was awesome. Tons of room. Clean. Everything worked. Beautiful community pool with bar and concession stand. And a 15 minute drive to all the Disney parks. I’ve rented allot of houses on VRBO and this one by far is my favorite.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our family of 12 had a great family vacation- visited Disney parks for 4 days- 1 day at Universal & 1 day at Legoland. Super convenient to all. The house was clean and comfy! Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing vacation!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Incredible location near Disneyworld, you beat all I-4 traffic driving in/out of the parks, and the community is a 5-star resort style. You have easy access to groceries, drugstore, and shopping plazas within 5-10 minutes. Would certainly stay again. Incredible host as well!

Awesome House, okay management, poor cleaning

The house itself was gorgeous, and the area was great, with an awesome community pool. The cleaning crew from before our check in did a mess than stellar job. Mold in a shower, and hairs in several bathrooms, definitely not what you expect for the price. The management was easy to deal with and get responses from leading up to the reservation but then trailed off during and had been MIA since while trying to get a refund for the pool being heated (I had requested they check jt because it did not feel heated and then said that if that’s what we could expect to just refund for the pool heater and shut it off). Also, the air hockey wasn’t working (not a big deal but they should not note something in their listing if it doesn’t work) and the TV had an issue. They came in while we were gone, said they fixed the tv, but they didn’t fix anything. Also left a hammer and wd-40 just sitting on the table which was weird and never came to get it. Strangely, they also came to do HVAC maintenance one day while we were gone, not sure why they was necessary during our stay.

Great Location and perfect for Families

The property was clean and in a great location. It is located about 3 miles from all the Disney properties. We took or Kids and Grandkids and the location and amenities were perfect. We attended the parks on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and the off days allowed everyone to rest and enjoy the pool at the house as well as the community "water park". The management company was very responsive as we rented strollers, highchair and cribs which were at the house when we arrived for check in. We placed a grocery order at the nearby Walmart, and it was ready for pickup upon arrival. The house is close to many restaurants, shopping and groceries. You do need to provide most everything except dishes, bath towels and bedding. You get starter packs for laundry and body soap and toilet papers but there are no spices, etc. The house has 5 bedrooms: 3 are king beds! One room with 2 full beds and 1 room with 2 twin beds. Perfect! I would highly recommend this house and would stay there again!

Excellent place to stay

Very beautiful property with room for everyone. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen amenities. Pots, pans, measuring cups and spoons,etc. The pool and spa were great. We enjoyed the use of the resort’s pools, slides and gym. The resort was just a short walk from the house. We all had a wonderful week.

Quick travel to Walt Disney World

The house itself was nice on the outside, the amenities were top notch (water park) and of course the distance to Walt Disney World (so quick). The pool and space was 5 Stars. Yvonne at Florida Premier Rentals was very quick to respond to certain issues we had but unfortunately the property itself responding to those needs - not good. The grill which we had to rent was in very poor shape and it took us (our first night) over an hour just to make something. They did come and replace it but that grill cooked but was dangerously close to falling apart with our young kids at the house. The dryer did not work at all, we asked for several days to have it fixed. It took 3 days until someone actually fixed it but during that time we had nothing to dry towels with so I had to go out and buy towels. I even asked if they could just bring us some to help us out until the dryer was fixed. No one came with any. So $$$ spent that wasn't necessary. The TV's - no directions on how to work 3 different remotes etc. We are a very techy bunch too and it was a strange set up. I loved the area and so did my family but we have all decided to probably NOT stay at Storey Lake homes again.
