This is the worst experience I’ve had ever at a hotel let alone a resort. The room looks nothing like as pictured on the Expedia website for a 1 bedroom suite. There are people living at the resort as residents with cigarette butts and trampolines in the yard. The property itself is ran down. As soon as we got into our room, I noticed our floors had so much water damage and other damage. They were completely dirty. The tables were dirty as well with burns on them. They offered to upgrade our room, but at this point we were so upset with how different it looked and how dirty it was. They said they could not refund us for the room even though we were only there for maybe 30 minutes as soon as we realized the condition of the room. Expedia said they would handle it for us, then also refused to give us a refund because they were told we refused to upgrade our room. Of course we did, it was already a ruined trip for us. We did not even stay here we ended up booking elsewhere that’s how bad the room was. Upset with both Expedia and the resort with how they handled this situation, and I got zero money back except for the deposit and $50 in one key cash. That’s nearly $300 wasted for a place we didn’t even lay our heads at for one night.

I found the accommodations to be in poor and rundown condition. Despite requesting a room change, the issues persisted and did not meet the standards I anticipated. Additionally, the pool area was unclean and appeared cloudy and poorly maintained, which further impacted my overall impression and comfort. Due to the unacceptable conditions and my inability to enjoy the amenities as advertised, I made the decision to leave the resort early and not complete my planned stay.

Great Space for the price, Great Location

Overall this is a convenient, spacious, and quiet place to stay. I loved having an entire apartment for a great price. Although dated, I did find that the toilet was a bit clogged, the coffee maker did not work and I did have an issue using my key to get into my room. The issue was resolved and the staff was courteous. If you are getting there at night, you have to really look to see the building letters as they are not lit up. We were comfortable despite the minor stuff and will be staying again.

Didnt feel safe in this area. The property is outdated and a bit shabby. The couch in our living room was broken. Sitting on it you would sink in and legs would rest on the hard edge. Definitely needs to be updated and upgraded
