When arrived there was several bags of garbage on the front porch including a broken chair. We had a hard time getting the key pad to unlock the door. Once we were in and did a walk through we contacted the host regarding several issues in the home. We were advised that they would have cleaners come the next day and we would get a discount. We decided not to stay because there were so many issues; floors with hair on them, sticky counters, stains on the walls where the last guest had thrown what appeared to be drinks all over several of the walls, non of the bedroom nightstand lights worked, tv's missing in bedrooms, dirty underware behind the dresser, the list goes on. The last people who stayed here you could tell trashed the place. We ended up getting our money back and staying at a hotel. This was NOT what we paid for. Host did refund our money as requested and did try to make it right. Baseboards were trashed, marks on walls, this place needs an update, including painting walls baseboards, etc. It smelled like a dead animal or trash was sitting for weeks in this house. We did notice that they do not provide hand towels, washcloths, no soap of any kind (dishwasher, sink, bathrooms). We were not able to get a house last minute and ended up at a hotel that cost us more money and in one room. Would not recommend unless they remodel, paint, clean and fix major issues at this property.
