Nice house just need work.

The house needs new furniture in the sitting area downstairs as well as in the garage & in the sitting room upstairs not to mention the master bedroom could use a new bed. They also need to invest in some patio furniture. One of the rooms was completely out dated the flower wall paper. The cleaning company did a poor job of cleaning the house. The management company was amazing did all they could to make our stay as pleasant as they could do to the fact they had no other open locations. It's a nice house just needs some work on the interior.

Property Management issues

The house and location was good. Our biggest problem was with property management. There were several times that we tried to contact them through out our stay and were unable to reach them. A work order was put in to see what was wrong with the hot tub because it never got hot and would drain if running. The problem was never resolved.

The house looked just like the pictures and it was gorgeous.There was a few things that I didn't like such as the people staying next door were very loud and up all night long and that's not an exaggeration. I do understand that some things you just can't control. The other thing I didn't care for was people kept walking through the property to cut over to the resort pool. I felt that it was an invasion of privacy. The pools were a lot of fun and the house was plenty big enough for 10 people staying there. I would definitely stay again.

Quick Orlando Stay

The property itself as well as the resort are excellent, and completely as described. The only area of concern was the cleanliness as it was abundantly clear that the prep for our arrival was completely superficial. We found food in several bedroom drawers and under one bed. Rather than complain, it was simpler to clean it up ourselves, but one does wonder why we paid a very large cleaning fee. Otherwise a great experience.

Beautiful home, lacking for larger parties

Solterra is a fantastic community. We have stayed several times and are looking to purchase in the community. This home can accommodate a large # yet the cabinets were nearly empty. Hardly enough glasses or wine glasses, or general utensils for a larger group. It does back to the clubhouse and nearby the main road into the community so you can hear the traffic and trucks coming in and out. The 2nd floor is amazing. So much space and beautifully furnished rooms. The 2nd floor primary bedroom en suite bath was HUGE! The bed in that room was AWFUL! Any movement you made brought a LOUD noise from the box spring. Awful night sleep each night. The pool is just enough and hot tub worked great. The main floor offered great overall space. The driveway could hardly accommodate a mid sized SUV to comfortably get in and out without bumping into a tree or bush. Not sure where large groups would park if several cars. We would definitely stay again, but usually with our kids and mom and sister so would hope for more basic utensils, etc for guests.

Disney trip

Great location short drive to Disney and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Tips: most stores close at 10pm, so shop before then. Friday night check-in were filled with a traffic jam at front of neighborhood, so get there early or a different day. Property was clean and accurate, hot tub was great and would definitely stay there again

Great girls weekend home!

This was the ultimate girls weekend home! The house was gorgeous and the rooms were as well. Only thing that was a downer was in order to check in we had to drive 20 away from the house instead of the office being on the premises. Other than that it was perfect.

Absolutely Beautiful

The home was exactly as pictures! A group of 10 adults (annual couples trip) and we had enough room to be alone or together depending on what we were doing. We did not venture out (due to COVID-19) which made spending quality time that much better. Everyone was impressed with the decor and how response management when we reached out - from initial booking to check in. HIGHLY recommend pre-registration!!!! The only suggestion I have is: 1) more towels (we brought our own so this was not really an issue for us) 2) more chairs outside....but this forced us to get IN THE POOL... Perfect home for a perfect get-a-way!!!! Definitely on the “repeat list” for future vacations!!!!

Great House - Horrible Wifi

The house was very beautiful and clean. The wifi at the house was horrible. We could hardly use our phones and laptops during the stay. The property owners don't control the wifi though, so I didn't penalize them in my rating for this. My only complaint to the property manager is in regards to the check-in process. Most properties will send this information a week or more in advance. For some reason this house decided to withhold all check-in information until 4:00 p.m. that day. Needless to say, I was at the property waiting for the information to come through email, however, the service was so horrible until the email never came through. I had to leave the neighborhood just so I could Google the number, and give them a call for the information.

Bathrooms was horrible cleaning. I’m a Business owner of cleaning and they do not clean the toilets proper. Black ring around the top of toilets bowls mean mold mildew buildup. I was asked at the pool was my receipt fake by a White pig lady. I guess because I was black

Wonderful Stay

Weekend retreat

Parking could be a lot better. Home is very modern with nice furniture. Jacuzzi water kept going out when we tried to get in. Phone service is very bad in the resort complex. Overall was very satisfied.
