The front desk personnel was very impatient and spoke to me with annoyance, the whole places needs renovation. It looks awful I would never book here again, the water in the bathtub takes for every to go done. It’s just awful worst ever experience.

Positive, the staff were very nice and friendly. There is a sign on the entry door stating that the second floor is under renovation. The room was I stayed on the 3rd floor was in desperate need of repairs. The knob for the bathtub was wobbly, there water pressure wasn’t great, there was some hair in the bathtub. The room did smell like it had been cleaned. It was late and just one night stay for me. Picture on web site of room was deceiving.

What a mess

Room clearly had water damage with all throughout the room. There was corrosion and rust on all the metal fixtures. And to cap off my stay, when i went to gather my clothing from under the sink before leaving i found that the sink had been leaking and soaked everything. When I told yhe guy at the desk he kinda just shrugged it off and said, okay.

The pictures they have posted on the website are not the correct photos, the hotel is no longer a red roof inn and Floor 2 is under construction and none of the photos match what we stayed at! There was roaches in our room, the walls was busted, there was rust and cracks everywhere,there was hair and dirt all in the bed, customer service was horrible everyone had attitudes and excuses, Don’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE

Property under renovations; note posted in regards to 2nd floor but I was on the 3rd and it seemed to be the pathway for the construction crew. Drywall/caulking type particles and pieces tracked in all along the hallway. End door wouldn’t stay shut so it heightened the roar of the interstate traffic noise. Best part about room 301 was the electrical problems. Power went out Thur morning around 10am; no problem as I was leaving then. When returned around 11pm, it wasn’t back on. I informed the front desk and was told the engineers were notified and the guy basically walked off. No apology, no offer to switch rooms, nothing. Apparently that was ok as room 303 was also out. I was tired and didn’t need any lights or tv so went to bed. Next morning’s light was sufficient for me to get ready by. When heading out for the day, stopped by office to advise no change. Female apologized and offered to change rooms but I declined in hopes it would be fixed by that night when I returned. It was, but only partially. The sink light, bathroom light, light between the beds and tv sensor light were on a slow fade to blink to off rotation (slow trickle). It was a light show!

It was so nasty, mold, holes in the walls, the desk is nasty, the bed has hair and dirt on them. We didnt even end up staying the night it was so gross.

Was going to stay here with my husband and young kids but we decided not to as it smelled absolutely horrible and was extremely dirty and run down. The toilet seat didn’t match the toilet and still dirty. Everything in the room was gross. Room smelled like a million ash trays. AC didn’t blow or work right and blew out nasty smelling air. I would not recommend staying here. Don’t waste your money or time.

This was by far the worse hotel i have ever stayed in, as soon as you entered the building it smelled of mold and cigarettes. the room also smelled of cigarettes there was garbage everywhere the floors were filled with dirt the beds weren’t clean, and there were bugs in the light fixtures, the toilet was disgusting, there were roaches in the bathtub and all over the windows and floors. My mother got very sick after one night. Had to go to the er. we had to check out and leave after one night. The customer service representative on the other hand gave us a full refund. this place needs shutting down immediately.
