Super convenient to both Disney & Universal parks. Great communication with the host! Townhouse was absolutely perfect, with one small exception. The bathtub/shower combo desperately needs to be updated. Upon arrival, all of the lights were left on, which was nice because we arrived at night. We were also welcomed with a nice gift bag with a couple of packs of coffee and cookies. Also, we were given a few extra bath towels as well as a nice supplies of bathroom toiletries to get us started. Overall, great place to stay if you are visiting both parks!

Definitely would come again

Loved everything about this property but we were supposed to have 4 people and they only gave us two rolls of toilet paper for a whole week granted it ended up only being two of us so it worked out. The shower heads were a little funny but still got the job done. Other than those things this property was absolutely perfect! In a gated community to ease your mind and great food locations all around! Love love love

Great Stay

Loved our stay here! Clean, quiet, safe and excellent location. We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition and 6 of us were very comfortable. Close to the competition venue, Disney properties and tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We were also able to spend a day at Cocoa beach. It was a quick 50 minute drive with beautiful beach, free parking and rentals available. Would definitely rent again! Only suggestion would be to update utensils, there was no wine opener! 😀

Amazing stay

We booked this area for a cheer competition. The property was exactly as described. Loved that it was inside a gated community, pool was nice, property was clean and stocked with all the beginning essentials. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, but a few glitches and bummers

The property was very clean, pleasant, and felt safe. There was some wear and tear to the condo (broken window shade & missing coffee pot for the coffee maker for instance). The pool closing at dusk (like 8:00 PM) was a bummer as most folks are just getting back from their daily adventures later in the day, and it would have been nice to have more time in the pool or hot tub to relax. Overall, it was a great place and I would stay again.

Family weekend

Everything was as advertised. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Make sure to use the app to look at check-in/out procedures as the pdf attachments don’t show in email communications, we were only able to see the attachment from inside the app.

Altogether, a good stay.

The property was very nice and quiet. My only complaints are that, for 4 adults staying one week, we were given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2). There were no condiments, no coffee or tea. If you were to call the property manager, it stated in the arrival email that you could be charged up to $50. We ended up having to buy basic items, including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, sugar, salt, pepper, which has been a common offering in all other places we have stayed at.

Could have been a great stay

The check in was easy and the place looked as advertised. All was well the first night. The next morning we were awaken by someone banging on the door. The man claimed to be maintenance and said he needed to fix the AC. We were never told nor given any advanced notice that something was wrong with the AC, nor that someone would be coming during our stay to fix anything on the property. The man said that he turned off the AC, which he did, and was going to enter regardless of my protest. I told him he was not coming in and he shouted that if he couldn't come in he would be back the next day to do it. I told him no since we were planning to spend the day at Disney World. I tried to contact the homeowner/property manager but they were slow to respond. Vrbo was contacted and they also tried reaching out to the homeowner/property manager. Vrbo was very helpful with making sure my family and i would be able to get into another home if necessary. The AC was turned back on shortly after, but later in the afternoon it was turned off again. It was 79 to 84 degrees F from the mid afternoon to the next morning. My messages to the homeowner/property manager were not replied to. So the next morning we planned to call vrbo to be moved. Finally the homeowner/property manager called with another property near by that we could move into later that morning. However, 1 of the toilet seats was held together with glue and fell apart when my senior mother sat down on it. I would not recommend

We stayed here for a full week for a week at Disney & Universal and it was a great spot - all of the Disney parks are 15 min or less and otherwise there were lots of dining options VERY close by. The onsite pool & hot tub were great. The unit itself on both floors are well maintained - nothing feels outdated. we didn't feel like we were invading someone else's abode. The neighborhood is safe, quiet & peaceful. If anything - perhaps maybe an extra roll of TP, PT, and an extra trash bag would be nice as a back up for a week's stay.

Perfect place for Disney

We stayed here 3 nights so that we could hit Magic Kingdom and Epcot and this Townhome couldn’t be in a better location for the price. Our kids loved swimming in your pool the night we got there and the location of the townhome to fast food and shops on our way to and from Disney was perfect. The actual townhome itself was very clean and perfect for our family. The downstairs room was wonderful for my mom on the first floor away from the house of our family of 4 getting ready in the morning and winding down at night. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We were also grateful for the prompt messaging from the management on questions we had. This is exactly the kind of place we were looking for and would love to rent it again!

Great place

This place was great. It was clean. Carpet was a little old but in good condition. Beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the showers were awful but not a deal breaker. The area was ok. It was well lit and there was a safety officer driving around but still seemed shady at times. The pool was very clean and there was hardly ever anyone there but it was also not that big.

Perfect Experience

This has got to be one of the "VERY" best place we have ever stayed at! Clean, quiet and roomy!! Beautiful pool area extremely clean and very well taken care of. We couldn't figure out ice maker and they were there and took care of it within hours after I sent text. I wish everyone of our experiences were as great as this one was! Thank you so very much!!

Loved the townhome space. Enough rooms to accommodate. Very close to parks and shops. Very responsive host. Only con was the showerhead upstairs needs to be replaced, issue with water pressure. Overall we enjoyed our stay, will recommend to others.
