Front desk was friendly. Easy parking and convenient to stores and shopping. Did not like the screened in patio, felt claustrophobic when sitting on patio. Housekeeping never came to restock coffee, we had to walk to front desk to get more. Did not like the 3 story walk-up (no elevators). Overall the unit was very spacious and clean.

This resort was amazing it was home away from home, and there were a lot of things to do on the resort l I le swimming, tennis , golfing, basketball and much more. Everyone was so nice to us and we were treated like royalty!!!!

The property was beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Johanna at check in was very friendly and we were so pleased at how well we were received. We felt very safe and loved that there were a ton of dining options nearby. Would absolutely recommend staying at Polynesian Isles.

This was a very nice property. We had a good stay although it was not clear that the washer and dryer was outside. All of the staff was very nice EXCEPT for this woman at the front desk. Was a tad bit condescending. When we arrived the key card system was down. Came back up later on that day and was not notified. We have been to this location 2x. The first experience was great. This one not so great, mostly because of the lady at the front desk.

Excellent location. Close to the Disney Parks, shopping and groceries. The apartment was very clean and we had everything that we needed including filters for the coffee, salt & pepper, soap for the dishwasher. They came to clean it in the middle of our stay. The place is quiet, peaceful and we enjoyed the swimming pool, mini golf and park for our 4 year old daughter. We will return in the near future
