Overall the place was nice and the inside was clean but it was lacking in a few places. Issue #1:It was quite cool when we arrived and stayed in the 70’s throughout our trip but in the few days it did warm up we noticed the air conditioning was not working. The fan would run but no cool air was coming out of the vents. The system was set at 68 and the temp was reading 73-75 degree consistently. It wasn’t terrible as the overnight temps cooled the condo but this will definitely need to be addressed for the summer months. Issue #2:The private pool- gross. We debated having it heated but then agreed that we would not utilize it enough for the cost to heat. The pump never clicked on for our entire trip. For 6 days, the water sat stagnate and the pump/filter never turned on. There was a hose just sitting in the pool and the water looked very low. You should really get your pool maintenance company out there to inspect because there is definitely a problem. Also the overhead LED patio lights did not work. We tried every switch and nothing would turn them on. We even went as far as to check the breaker box to make sure nothing had tripped. These should be replaced.Issue #3:The master bedroom upstairs has a strange light fan frequency possibly with an adjacent condo. The overhead light and fan would randomly come on in the middle of the night or the fan would shut off. At one point we were have a light/fan battle with whatever neighboring condo shared our same frequency.

Loved this property!

I loved this place! The home and the neighborhood both were beautiful! The check in process was very simple. The pool was warm and of course was a huge factor for the kids! I loved the fact that when we decided at the last minute to bring the baby along with us to sea world, the renters had a stroller in one of the closets. The home was the best part of our entire stay since it rained and stormed our whole stay.

Clean place, but several issues

Had no problems with booking, communicating or check in at this property. The home was clean upon arrival but there were some issues during the stay. I did not like the fact that there are no curtains to cover the back sliding door off of the kitchen. This leaves complete view into the home from the back. The air conditioning didn’t work good. There was a note that said the ac “works best on 75”, which was not the case. The upstairs was warm the whole time we were there. Light bulbs flashed continuously in two bathrooms while we were there signaling they needed to be changed. Several evenings that we came back to the home, there were cones placed in parking spots making us have to park away from the home. The safety was an issue here. The code that is used to open the front door was left on the front of the lock box for anyone to see. We didn’t notice this until day two when we took it upon ourselves to roll the numbers. There was an argument between tenants staying across from the home around 4am that got pretty bad. Although this isn’t any fault of the owners, it made us very uncomfortable. In the email that was sent to us after checkout it stated to let the owners know of any issues we experienced throughout the stay. We did just that and they were basically dismissed. Overall, the place was clean but could be upgraded quite a bit compared to other homes we have stayed in.

Universal Trip

Everything was exceptional from start to finish. House was as advertised on the website. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool area was above average and has something for all ages. Easy drive to all attractions. Thanks so much. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Would NOT recommend

Overall not a good experience at all. If you are basing your interest in this property on the pictures of the pool for your kids forget about it. The owners have not paid their HOA fees so we were not allowed to use the pool at all. We got turned away at the door. The owners, (and VRBO), said they would resolve it and never did. They actually sent me an email that it was resolved and then followed it up with an email saying to disregard the previous email...it was for another tenant. They never got back to me about a resolution at all for our unit. The unit wasn't filthy but it wasn't great as far as cleanliness. We had a number of dishes and utensils that came out of the cupboards with food on them. As far as kitchen supplies there were barely enough plates, glasses, and utensils for the 6 of us for one meal. Barely enough kitchen goods to even put together a decent dinner. On top of everything else the AC was broken when we checked in. They did fix that but have a sticker on the wall saying that the AC works best when set at 75 degrees. Unfortunately that means the upstairs bedrooms are almost 80 degrees. Not super comfortable for sleeping. I have stayed at a lot of rental properties for pleasure and business and this is definitely at the bottom. Luckily we primarily were in Orlando for Disney so the trip wasn't a total loss but the pool incident did cost us a full day of fun for the kids.

Amazing Stay

Our stay at the property was perfect! The home had everything we needed for our stay. It is clean, spacious, and close to Disney parks! Check in process was quick and easy and response time from the property manager was quick. We will definitely stay at their property when we return to the Orlando area !

Perfect Stay

The unit was beautiful and spacious and it had everything we needed during our stay. The property's clubhouse and waterpark area were amazing, it had something for adults, our 2 year old, and our 13 year old son and friend to enjoy. The unit was only a short walk away from the clubhouse, which was nice to hit at the end of the day to relax. The property was perfectly located from all the parks; we went to a combination of Universal, Disney, and Discovery Cove and all were 10-20 minutes away. Honestly everything about the stay was perfect, and I will definitely be looking to stay again the next time we are vacationing.

The pictures of the furniture are deceiving

Renting the property was okay but living in the property was awful. The dirty carpet in the bedrooms and stairs was just dirty. The furniture was dirty and the barstools were unusable. The sofa would sink down when sitting, the dishes were not cleaned, trash were left , floor not swept, the fridge dirty. I will not rent that property again.

Clean little gem

This property went above and beyond with cleanliness - even down to paper strip sealed toilets after sanitizing. We loved the pool in house, as well as the big pool and lazy river. Communication was great and very quick to respond. We will definetly stay here again!
