This is a solid place to stay at a great price. It has two pools, a game room, pool tables, a gift shop, and a couple of restaurants. It was kept clean and the staff was helpful. The downsides were enough to knock two stars off. The beds were pretty stiff and the $15 breakfast buffet was what I would expect from a complimentary breakfast. We ate at the buffet once and learned our lesson. That restaurant added an automatic gratuity for our party of 3. The other downside was the shuttles for local attractions. They get you there, but are pretty horribly organized and finding the one that takes you back is madness.

Great place to stay

We are frequent guests. Property has been improved and updated over the last couple of years. It is an older property, so we expect some issues, But, they are few and minor i nature. Just an FYI, the hot water can have a slight sulphur smell, but this is supposedly a problem with the main water lines in this area. Staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to make you comfortable.

My go to monthly when I arrive for Disney and work with family and our pet. Close to all Disney and Universal parks. Clean location with a pool and they showcase movies at night by the pool. Highly recommend.
