This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed here, we love everything except the pillows! I know it sounds ridiculous but they are lumpy! We love everything the location is awesome the staff everything is good. The only thing that was weird this time was on our floor the hallway was extremely warm and the elevator was out but this was the first time we experienced that on our stay.

This place exceeded all my expectations! I loved absolutely everything, the location was perfect, the property was spotless, and the facilities were top-notch. The pool area was gorgeous and so relaxing, and the entire hotel felt well-maintained and welcoming. The service was also exceptional, everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I didn’t dislike a single thing!

I think the front desk needs to be trained more or more people to be at the front desk. They transportation for the shuttle wasn’t properly explained once I’ve arrived which it should’ve been.

It was a great hotel. Customer service was awesome, bedroom and living room was clean, and throughly enjoyed the pool area. The pool bar food and drinks were great and affordable. Loved the breakfast variety.

We lost our rose golden ring in that hotel. The ring is wrapped with a layer of tissue, and I’m not sure if it’s the person who clean the room throw it. Even if we tried to let them help us to find the ring after we checked out (it’s really a valuable item), they didn’t take much attention on it. I think they could do better like asking the person who cleaned our room.

We stayed here for one night before moving to Disney World. It's a nice property with a swimming pool and a good complimentary breakfast. Kids loved making their Mickey-shaped waffles in breakfast. It's within walking distance to 7-Eleven and Target for a quick shopping.

Almost everything was excellent! Location, cleanliness, spacious room and sumptuous breakfast meal were to look forward to. I just really hope that they are already working on getting those elevator fixed ‘cause it was a little bit of hassle with only one elevator working.
