Simple hotel in a great location for a great price. The rooms were small but clean. The description of the outdoor pool said heated, but it wasn't. The hotel sits back off the road with no signage, so it's hard to find. The breakfast room was small with very little food to offer, but they did have 2 waffle makers, which were nice. The other hotels in the area were quite expensive, so this was a good deal. Overall, the staff was kind, so I would stay here again because they are very close to the Disney parks.

It was OK for the purpose we had. A place to sleep and keep our things. Down parts: Room was VERY beaten up with a strong smell of mold. Furnishings very old, ripped shower curtains and just overall need of refurbishing needed. Shuttle to Disney was an UP point

The room smelled like weed, smoke, mildew. They never cleaned the room when we were there. We saw bugs in the room. They only thing good was the night front desk gentleman and the shuttle service was great. I will never stay here again.

Amazing location for Animal Kingdom and the front staff were kinda. Room was clean and smelled normal, stayed in #168. In response to some of the bad reviews I saw: I encountered 0 bugs (trust me I checked), shower appeared to be clean well, AC worked perfected and made limited noise. They had a fully stocked vending machine with different options you don’t usually see. My only complaint was the TV was dated and slightly fuzzy. Definitely worth the price of staying here though!

What I always say is don't pay for the Ritz don't expect the Ritz what I 1st thought was ok I may not have paid for the Ritz but I didn't want the Pitts however in the light of the day I changed my mind the hotel was better than I thought the staff were helpful and friendly the room was good the bed was comfy and I was now looking at a good budget hotel so 1st impressions don't count the two things I would point out is the breakfast room could have been bigger and I could have done with a shaver point.over all I found the hotel a ok place to stop you could move the laundry somewhere else and extend the breakfast room there is a ticket office close by a 7/11 a small Disney shop another gas station race trac Bob Evans a restaurant and Perkins look for the big flag others restaurant wasa little walk away the room was clean

You get what you pay for. The room was very outdated. The air conditioner smelled of mildew and would help if they cleaned the filter every once and awhile. The breakfast was very basic but the had bananas everyday as well as oatmeal waffles toast coffee. A real disappointment was going to the pool and there are no loungers only two picnic benches so we went to Walmart and bought a couple of camping chairs to use. The area is very good and has many shops restaurants and quick access to the highway. The staff is very nice. For what you pay you really can't complain.

Staff was very friendly but room was dirty. Scum caked on the shower wall and tub. Dirt around the taps. Toilet kept over flowing and shower disnt drain. Had to ask to get room cleaned and sheets changed and didnt always happen. Breakfast consist of toast and juice boxes.

First night we stayed, there was a police chase by our room. The 2nd night, a man stabbed his pregnant women and my daughter had to see them doing cpr with blood all over the sheets and outside the room. DO NOT STAY HERE
