The Hotel is friendly and in a convenient location with a lot you can walk to and explore. Free shuttle to Universal Parks. Brilliant value for money. It needs updating but has a certain charm nonetheless.

Dingy room. Staff was inattentive. Breakfast in hotel restaurant tasted like processed food warmed up. On morning we were leaving, a cockroach ran across bathroom sink. I used my phone flashlight to shine in the back of microwave cabinet where it ran to find more bugs!! I told the front desk when I checked out and they didn’t seem surprised at all! GROSS

Yes the room was spotless, staff was great. The door lock needs to be upgraded also the toilet too much water wasting. Overall the landscaping was beautiful.
