My complaint is the misleading sale of a room with a meal plan that wasn't a real meal or the buffet all the location communications spoke to ...it was a worthel piece of nothing ..even the person at the register that had to deal with the distribution of this said most people that had it were very unhappy and thought they had purchased the buffet

The Ac needs be cleaned on the inside mildew smell or mold was making our nose stuffy. Mildew/ mold in shower grout and shower curtain ripped. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Coffee and shampoo wasn’t replenished for a couple days but the trash was taken out and new towels.
