Although the rooms are a bit outdated, the beds were really nice. When I got into my room the AC unit was malfunctioning. I called the front desk and within 20 minutes I had a functioning AC unit.

The bathroom floor had a leak, the light on the night table did not work, we had to change rooms as the first room featured a front door that was difficult, to say the least. Staff was kind nd.

Bang for your buck. Mattresses aren’t the most comfortable but the hotel as a whole is well-kept and has nice amenities. The side facing the interstate is very loud. But the parking lot side was much quieter.

Room was clean, convenient to the parks, pet friendly. Shower faucet had issues- wouldn’t tighten and there was a constant trickle of water. Had to keep the bathroom door closed in order not to hear it while sleeping. Towels didn’t seem 100% clean- a couple had “reside.” AC wasn’t efficient. Had to put it on 65 to cool room. Thank goodness the weather was cool. Fair experience

Easily accessed from airport. Disney is easy to access from highway or arterial routes. major shopping and food within 10 minute drive - some food within walking distance. Bar / Grill on site has limited menu. Sat for 10 minutes and was ignored and left. Breakfast buffet overpriced and food / selection was awful. Room door latch didn't function well. Overall the resort was tired and dated - not been updated for 15-20 years or more. Hopefully this made the hotel look more unclean than it really was. Told we had a lake view - seen ponds on golf courses larger. Should have said highway view - very noisy at all hours. Found a bed bug first night - tore bed apart couldn't find other until check out day 4 days later when another crawled across the pillow. Layout of the resort is nice. Proximity to everything is great. Just very old and tired. The price point reflects that. Probably will forgo the resort feel and just book something else next year. Such great potential at the resort (I used to be a PM for an architect / construction management company building Hiltons and Marriotts) if it renovates and fumigates.
